I had a terrible experience at another local jewelry store, where i was always getting a different story. Never felt taken care of. Just walking into David Jewelers I was welcomed with a smile and taken care of right away. They shared every option I had on changing my ring and insured me I would love the outcome. Told me my ring would be ready in four days and only took them three! I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND DAVID JEWELERS TO ANYONE, THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

They are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Went to a few other jewelers that didn't give me the attention I wanted and tried to tell me what I should buy. Giamantes helped me find what I was looking for and even was able to use a diamond from a ring I already had. I will definitely use them again inthe future.

Amazing customer service!

My wife resized her ring that she bought here at the Kay jeweler in anchorage 5th avenue mall and after 3 weeks we went back to get it back. My wife noticed the size are kind of the same but she trusted them so we just left. We moved to California and decided to check with other jewelry store if we can resize it after my wife started complaining about the size again. After simple check of the rings size we found out that kay jewelers lied to us and never resized the ring. We were so disappointed specially that we trusted the company. Another complain we have is the offers they send in mail. Once you go check the offer suddenly you find out that whatever they are trying to offer is just full of bait to get your money. Very shady. by my experience I will never recommend this company as a whole to everyone.

Horrible!!! Manager named Victoria "helped" me to get finance on a $400 gshock watch and it turns out my bill was $850!!!! Then I tried to return the item and I couldn't!!! Such a lier!!! Everything and anything to sell you something!!! NEVER GOING BACK !!! DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!

They knocked it out of the park again with a thoughtful gift that I will treasure for years to come. Heather also helped us design my wedding ring for our 30th anniversary when we renewed our vows. I had a simple band with the three stones from my fathers wedding ring, which I wanted restored and passed on to my nephew. They worked with us to restore that ring beautifully and Heather’s design on my new set is stunning.
