Went in to find a very particular type of handbag. The service was wonderful. We'd been shopping for a purse for months, not only found what we were looking for, but the patience and care were impeccable. If you are looking for a quality product and first class service, here is your store!!!

I was in search of a diamond bracelet for a graduation gift but found myself running all around dallas. After spending about a week back and forth on the phone with jewlers; a friend suggested I give Patrick a call, after speaking for only 10 minutes he texted me photos of multiple bracelets that met my needs. A+++

This is the best place to go for jewelry repair, custom jewelry or any kind of jewelry that you just have to have. Both Rod and Tonie are highly professional and extremely qualified to take care of what you need whether large or small. I’ve done business there for years and have always been completely satisfied with their service.

I went to every jeweler in the mall and symphony had the nicest employees. One of the kay jewelers across the way was mad because I didn't apply for their credit card the first time I walked in. Symphony was also the only store willing to work with me on pricing thanks to the jeweler Sammy and his co workers I got my beautiful double wedding ring enhancer with no hassle. I will continue to come only here to update my wedding ring.

Sam is very helpful. really nice guy and good price. 👍

Amber Way makes beautiful jewelry with a large selection and amazing amber stones. I purchased a beautiful heart ring from them at the rock and gem show in Austin and fell in love with it immediately. I was devastated when the stone fell out but Amber Way fixed it at no charge and had it back to me in no time at all. I could not be happier. Thank you Amber Way Jewelry.

Super clean and organized
