Great disappointment. During the sale they were all very willing but the after-sales service was a disaster. Next time I would buy it elsewhere.

Ive been accused of stealing and anytime i try to tell them i haven't i get "im sorry sweetie but you cant be in here" i get treated like a child

We were recently in Ketchikan on vacation and stopped by the store to get out of the rain. While there my wife found a beautiful pair of earrings. They gave us a great price that me as happy as well as my wife. I was looking at the Tag Heuer watches trying to see if they had a specific model in stock. At the time they didn't but we're willing to order it for me. They gave me such a fantastic deal on it I couldn't say no. They informed me it might take 2-3 weeks but, surprise, it arrived a week later. We cannot thank Vic and Tony enough for all of their help and the great deals they gave us as well as Jay for keeping me updated as to the delivery status of my watch. If you are ever in Ketchikan, I would absolutely recommend you stop by the store. You will find great deals and great service! Thanks!

Scam Central. Avoid this place as if your life depended on it. We bought a ring here a few years ago while on a cruise and were told we would get the same value dollar for dollar whenever we wished to purchase a different ring. Well we went to the store this weekend and they said no they wouldn't do that. They don't stand behind their product. They pay big dollars to cruise companies to advertise and promote and they are a straight up scam overcharging by at least 50%.

The stone fell out of the ring I bought 6 days later. They don't answer the phone or answer email messages.

Purchased an Orocal pendant & it’s just beautiful. When I got home I wished I had earrings so called - sent a pic - & they matched earrings. Shipped to me & I’m as pleased with them as I am the necklace.
