The service is bad. They seem to slow and unconcern. One service lady watched me walk in and about 5 minutes later she asked , oh have you been helped.

I too placed an online order a few weeks ago. Never received any contact from the store with updates as they promised. I have been calling for 4 days straight. They tell me my salesman Ed is not in, no one else can help me, they salesman is busy and today was the last straw, I was hung up on twice. Extremely rude and bad customer service. I call customer service and my wait time is 54 minutes, omg so over it.

FAIR WARNING!!!!! I have purchased several items over the years from Kay Jewlers and all seemed to be a fairly decent product... I bought a heavy .925 Silver box chain necklace from them brand new and today I realized that it is magnetic, As you know Sterling Silver is NOT magnetic... They are selling Fake improperly marked .925 silver jewelry! You are NOT getting what you paid for here!

The prices are a little more than some other stores but you get excellent service. The store is beautiful and you could spend hours there. Coffee or wine, YES.

I took a ring to Delton Hayes that I had a very specific vision for which 2 previous jewelers had not been able to accomplish. When I went to pick the ring up, I was amazed by the beauty and workmanship Mr. Hayes produced. The quality of work is excellent and I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!!
