Took my wedding ring in to be resized. The jeweller did a great job, but in the process cleaned the intentional brushed look of the ring. He apologized and spent a great deal of time correcting his mistake. I would certainly take my jewellery back for his craftmenship but would make sure to be specific about what you want done.

Called to see what, if anything could be done.
The manager immediately spoke to me like I was an idiot.
Obviously will never go there again, and definitely won't recommend them to anyone else.
