Called about cufflinks and the man on the phone was very unpleasant to talk to. He talked as if I was a waist of his time.

Richard designed a beautiful emerald and gold ring for me that I will pass down to my daughter some day. It is stunning and he was an absolute pleasure to meet and do business with. It is so nice to find someone that takes pleasure in happy customers and pride in his craftsmanship. An excellent eye for detail and a true artist with gold.

Awesome people to deal with. Very Clean and nice atmosphere. Wasn't pushy and helped find the perfect engagement ring at a Great Price!

What an excellent Jewelry store. I'm one to do a ton of research on different stores and check out each individual one. I was wanting to buy an engagement ring so I went out and sought out different stores. Murphys P D Jewellery store was by far the best one. They were very patient with me, enthusiastic about my engagement. They showed me so many rings and really took the time with me and made sure I was getting the perfect ring to propose with. They even had me custom make it to fit the needs of my vision. The ring came in on time and it came out absolutely phenomenal. It was perfect in every way and my fiance couldn't agree more. We will be getting our bands here as well, if your looking for any piece of Jewellery, i highly reccomend this store, great service, great people and great product, thanks so much Murphy's

EDIT - cant even reach them via phone to see if my ring has arrived back yet. Ridiculous! Not very happy. Dropped my ring off last Tuesday to be sized. They send them away on mondays and get back on fridays. This Friday being a holiday. I now wont see my ring until the 9th. That's over 3 weeks! Ridiculous.

Sadly doesn't even deserve a 1-star review. This store will only sell what they have right in front of them, and they are extremely pushy about ordering online. Why have a store if you wont sell whats inside? The staff will not order anything in for you and trying to get basic questions answered is like pulling teeth..

Great customer service and exceptional service highly recommend

Such an amazing staff and experience. 5/5

Store owner incredibly condescending and makes assumptions about customers (and tries to shame them) with no basis. She claims it comes from "a place of love", but is clearly confusing love with moral superiority.

Had a blast with the family today! Shannon is amazing and was money well spent making amazing silver rings! I would recommend it to anyone!

Very nice layout, beautiful stuff! Helpful and friendly staff, excellent selection of jewellery and very unique items

An amazing space to learn metalsmithing. Great equipment and knowledgeable teacher! Kim has beautiful designs.

The owner, I interacted with was very polite, the pricing was competitive and fare making the overall experience memorable. I would be happy to be a repeat customer in the future.

The staff is friendly, honest and knowledgable!

Your first and last stop for goldsmithing in KW. The service is exceptional. Derek and Robin take pride in their service and their art. That's what you get from a custom piece from Robin's Goldsmithing: a beautiful piece of art.

It is a hit or miss with this store. You can find some amazing sales at the place or very overpriced junk. I got clutches here for $1 before and a neck lace for $35. The quality is pretty low and I do not recommend their bridal section. It all looks great but you'll be lucky to make it down the isle without your jewelry falling apart. I would never pay full price for anything here; it isn't worth it. They always have a buy 3 get 3 free sale going on.

Incredible service and value for jewellery repairs
