Went in yesterday to buy my mother a gift for Mother's Day, had a young girl named Stevani help us out she was great and made me feel very welcomed. I always go in to this location but never get this great of a service Stevani was great and I will definitely go in again and ask for her to help me out. Walked out with a $500 purchase never felt so satisfied with customer service. Great job Stevani, My Mother loved all her gifts. Thank you for all your help keep it up.

My fiancé and I bought our wedding rings from Tappers and not only did Rhonda help us find exactly what we wanted (she ordered multiple samples for us that weren’t in the store), the pricing was also very reasonable. Win-win! Everyone seemed very helpful there but I would definitely ask for Rhonda if you can! She wasn’t “salesy” and truly wanted to find what we were looking for. Thank you again Rhonda for making this an enjoyable experience for us!

They lost my ring. They sent it out for repair and it never returned.

Was traveling here for work on their website store says they open at 9.AM. and close at 10.P.M. however the store does not open until 10.P.M make sure you check the stores proper hours false advertisement it is illegal everyone should look into this

This Claire’s had a wide variety of merchandise. It was crowded when we were there but the way the store is laid out we could navigate it quite well. I liked the novelty items as well as the standard materials that they have there. The store is brightly lit and located within Twelve Oaks Mall, so, it is convenient once you get inside the mall. It was generally well kept and clean but the carpeting could be freshened up a bit. The clerks were not obviously around. The manager had to take care of the restocking and moving of merchandise. The clerks response times at the register were slowed, but not critically, by their interaction with each other. One seemed engaged in the work while other seemed upset about something. Even though the line grew they took care of the customer right away and in a businesslike manner. We got everything we were looking for and we will visit the store again.

I can't say enough great things about 14 Karat Jewelers. They truly bend over backward to make sure you're happy and genuinely care about people. When you go in, they make you feel like part of the family and will pull out all the stops to find exactly what you're looking for. You won't feel pressured to buy, and you will always get their honest opinion if you ask for it. Please stop shopping for jewelry at big box shops and instead, go to 14 Karat Jewelers. You'll be so happy you did.

This is my go-to accessories store. Pieces are unique, well curated and have great quality. I've been able to find necklaces and fashion jewelry you can't find anywhere else. Every time I wear a bolder piece I've purchased at Marlee's, someone will stop to ask me where I found it. I hate to disclose my secret, but it's always from Marlee's. The staff is super helpful and very honest. They've re-directed me when something didn't look just right. This is also my favorite place to buy gifts for women. You can find amazing gifts for $25 and also very special items made with precious stones, real gold/silver, etc. and designer pieces here too - just not the really, really expensive stuff. In addition to the Twelve Oaks Mall store, Marlee's has boutiques in the Tapper's at West Bloomfield's Orchard Mall and in the Somerset Collection. So depending on what part of town I'm in, a location is usually not far. Still, Twelve Oaks is the best!

The staff at the Novi store has not given me any problems I have repeatedly went back in to store and asked questions and they were just as Courteous and upfront as they were the first time I came !!!!!

I had the best experience at Francesca's. I found some things I like, and I went to the items on. The ladies were super great by looking around helping to find some other stuff that worked. Wonderful people, and super cute clothes!

Does anyone actually work there? No one answers the phone. Really - A retail establishment - can't answer the phone - I doubt there is line of people waiting to by crystal.

Rob is fantastic, very professional, very knowledgeable, awesome selection of jewelry. It’s a very clean environment. I’ve never had a bad experience with this shop. Highly recommended.

There is an aisle of Claire's branded merchandise inside of the Toys R Us. It is NOT an actual Claire's store.

The staff here is great! Extremely friendly,helpful and patient! My ring sparkles every time I leave after a cleaning!

Extremely disappointed in their service and help and would not recommend this store or branch to anyone. Three of their staff members and general manager were extremely rude and unprofessional when I voiced my frustrations after waiting in their store for 1.5 hours to "look up" my ring in their system. After more back-and-forth attitude from everyone I came in contact with, I left the store WITHOUT my ring sized and drove 2 hours to their Portage location instead. Driving 4 hours round trip to avoid this store was well worth it. Will never go back.
