The experience of buying my engagement ring at Henne was amazing. Debbie was extremely helpful, caring, and thoughtful throughout the entire process and really helped us find a beautiful ring. I could not recommend Henne more for an engagement ring!

I've stopped in his shop several times before to admire his jewelry, which is how I ended up bringing my ring to him because I loved his craftsmanship. My fiancé had purchased (what he thought) was a platinum engagement ring in size 4.5 from a different jeweler in another state. It was way too big on me, which was odd but we brought it to Caesar for resizing; he promptly contacted us that there were multiple errors in the ring and advised us on what to do. It was stamped 14k inside, and sized larger than a 4.5... the seller insisted the ring was stamped 14k incorrectly and admitted they made the sizing too big by accident. Caesar returned the ring to us so we could take photos and prove to the seller that the untouched ring was indeed stamped 14k, then Caesar offered to test the ring's metal for us. The entire ordeal took us a week to sort out but Caesar went out of his way to help us get the ring tested with a machine downtown because he didn't have one and verify that it was platinum, then resized it quickly so we could get it back as possible. What was a frustrating situation was alleviated by Caesar's customer service, truly going above and beyond for us. We are so thankful to him and will 100% be returning to him for future purchases!!

Went in just to get our wedding rings cleaned and polished. The woman that helped us was very friendly and didn't try to upsell us to buy more jewelry. I would definitely ask for her next time we are planning to buy something :)

Totally forget why I decided to go in but supwr happy i did!! There was an emoloyee at the doir to greet me and she was super nice. The clothes were cute, but unfortunately i was just browsing. Another time i went to look for a skirt and they were super helpful and all attention on you. I was not able to find a good match but definitely recomm this store!

Opened a charge card...purchased a 400.00 bracelet. I had 1 payment left. I tore my Achilles tendon and could not work. Explained that to them. They HARASSED the DAYLIGHTS out of me. I have approximately 22 other cards, and decent credit. I offered to have my Dr's and surgeon fax medical records just so they could see. NOPE...after I paid them off, they had the nerve to call and ask me about did I want to open my card back up....HE'LL NO! Love Jareds and Zale WAYYYYY better!😉

I have mixed feelings about this place. The jewelry is high quality and the service is excellent, but you only get to build as fancy a place as this if you make a lot of profit. And that means high prices with a huge profit margin. Unless you think that a "used" diamond is a bad thing, or if you think you need brand name stuff, I'd go to a cheaper local jewelry store. But if you want top quality and top price, this place is for you.
