Absolutely horrible customer service and incompetent staff. I purchased a beautiful ring 2 months ago. They said it could easily be made a half size smaller. They called 3 weeks later and said I could pick it up. It had been sized 2 sizes smaller. No problem, we will send it out again. 2 weeks later, it returned....again the incorrect size. This happened an additional 2 times. Four visits to Yorkdale during the Christmas season (yes parking is a nightmare) to get the ring sized properly. I finally received the ring, put it on for the first time, and it was missing a diamond. I called to get it fixed (once again) and asked that it be couriered to save me from having to go to Yorkdale, once again. They told me the courier would be arriving at 4pm so left work early to be home, the courier never showed up. I was then told the courier would be there the following morning before I had to go to work, the courier never showed up. I brought the ring up to Yorkdale myself, they had it sent out and said it would be couriered back to my house - once again, the courier showed up 4 hours late. When I called the store to inquire during this time, the manager told me that the ring had been picked up at noon and was on a direct route to my home. By 4pm the ring still hadn't shown up. David Yurman is supposed to be a reputable, upscale jewelry store. This is far from the case. I will never shop there again.

Bright and vibrant store.

Purchased my Hublot from Raffi at Yorkdale mall and also had my Rolex serviced by them. I was really happy with their customer service plus the store looks gorgeous. I was assisted by Rana. She's an excellet sales.

My boyfriend bought quite an expensive gold bracelet from here a few months ago. Firstly, his bracelet clasp broke and we had to bring it in to be repaired. The woman helping us was lost but we finally got through the repair forms and she said it would be ready for pick up in 3-4 weeks and my boyfriend would be contacted when it was ready. 6 weeks go by and no phone call so he called in to ask if it was ready and behold, it was ready a solid 2 weeks after we first brought it in. He also asked for two links to be taken off and they didn’t do that either. So we went back to get the links taken off and the worker puts it all through very promptly. Sounds good so far... but this is what absolutely made my blood boil. She tells us we had to pay for it and I said no we have the warrenty, and then she has the nerve to say “you didn’t tell me that...”. I find this absolutely baffling. The people here have the nerve to push the warrenty purchase on an already several hundred dollar purchase then not even ask if we have the warrenty when we are coming back to try and fix the mistake they made in the first place. This place is joke go somewhere else.

I referred to the European Jewelry Yorkdale in August for changing the batteries of me and my wife Omega watches. Mark was in charge for that service. He was excellent, very accurate and onetime. He also cleaned up the wrist bands beside of changing the batteries. Mark showed his great personality by giving his service with smile. I wish him all the best in his life and career.

Very knowledgeable, beautiful jewellery and amazing customer service keeps me going back. There may be lots of jewellery stores out there but I know when I come here, I trust them.
