If you are looking to deal with honest people who genuinely care about others, look elsewhere. These two are about making money period. They seem nice enough, however it is a scam. They do not keep their word. They are not good people. Use extreme caution when dealing with both Robert and Wanda.

Service was OK at best. Just don't try and return/exchange something!!! I bought my wife a necklace for her birthday. It wasn't her style, so we wanted to return it. We were told we could only exchange or get an instore credit. Staff was reasonably helpful and friendly on the sale, but not for the return/exchange. I would question their pricing practices. Everything is 50% all the time (ie. inflate price by 50% and then give you 50% off so you think you are getting a deal). I wouldn't shop there again.

We designed our engagement ring at Fleetwood jewellery with their incredible team and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Since we got engaged we can't stop looking at the ring. Words can't describe how perfect it is. It is exactly what we dreamed of and so much more! We can't get over how stunning the setting is. The diamonds are spectacular, the shape of the centre stone is perfect. We are so overjoyed that this is our ring! It won't stop sparkling! We could go on and on about it. Fleetwood did such an incredible job and we couldn't be more thrilled. They made the process so fun and special from the get go. Their patience, creativity, expertise and attention to detail was exactly what we needed and we are so grateful that we were able to work with them to design the ring of our dreams. The Fleetwood's staff is one of a kind and it is their people that make the ring shopping experience a truly memorable one.

They just couldn't touch the prices I brought from elsewhere

Went in to look at purchasing charms stood at counter for a good 15 minutes no one asked if I needed assistance, no one even came to the counter. Young sales assiciate was helping another customer near back while two other sales associates stood by talking to each other glancing at me once in awhile, So I gathered they didn't want my business and left.

Very poor service. Staff is pleasant enough when you are in shopping for a new piece but honestly look out if you need anything requiring any sort of follow up service. Dropped off a diamond ring for repair mid Jan and was told 2 weeks for repair (hmmm, that's quite awhile for a big jewelry store like Peoples, but ok, whatever) 2 weeks later heard nothing so called in and spoke to a fellow who gave me some very odd story about the jeweler they sent to repair it was trying to charge for it and he's not suppose to do that (huh???! That sounds like an internal process issue, should not be discussed with clients) Anyway, bottom line was no, ring was not back. Call back in a few days. OK, have been doing that since begining of Feb, was told by a few of the female staff they would send an email to "the jeweler in Vancouver where it is" and would let me know. NEVER HEARD BACK, from ANY of them. Until finally, last night I got a call it was in. Wow. What a saga. Anyway, bottom line, their after sale service is non existent, so beware.

I recently dealt with Phil to design and build an engagement ring and couldn't be happier with the results, very easy to deal with, helpful in the design process and quality is outstanding at a competitive price. I highly recommend their services if you want something custom made for someone special in your life!

Have worn and dealt with Rolex for close to 30 years. This has by far been the best exp I have ever had, professional and seamless, a most enjoyable experience as compared with other dealers. I very much recommend

Nice place. Large selection. I'd say mostly traditional styles, chains, crosses. Came in just to look awhile back and somebody went all out on me letting me look at everything and being generally helpful and friendly. Didn't find what i was looking for, but hey maybe this is good too.
