Busy day today, and I have no problem waiting my turn. However, after having four people walk in after me and be served before me I left. TERRIBLE service, I can help but wonder if it’s because I am a younger looking person? Not sure if it’s prejudice or they just can’t keep track of the people standing in their store.

Wow I had the best experience ever at a jewellery store. Came in to buy a watch battery and the service was so good that I ended up buying wedding rings for myself and my fiance. I am going back to buy some watches for my brides parents this week. Fantastic experience I would recommend this store to everyone!

I am utterly blown away with how amazing the store manager, Justin is at this location. He went above and beyond to accommodate me as a client.

They have very selective n awsome collection of all imported items. Selective pieces speak about the prices. Unique collection.

I was sold a "factory refurbished" ps3 controller that was actually a knock off piece of garbage. Kind of works, but not like an OEM controller would. I tested another controller I bought from them a couple months ago that I had not used yet and it was the same thing. Defective junk. The most recent one was purchased less than a month ago but since I lost the receipt, I couldn't get my money back and I feel ripped off. I've been a customer there for over 15 years, but I won't be returning.

I recently got engaged in Japan. My fiancé surprised me with a custom made engagement ring that we have been designing together with the people at the Jeweller's Bench. The goldsmith did an amazing job and I am still in awe over the ring. It was exactly what I wanted and more! I am so pleased with the workmanship and highly recommend others to seek this gem of a family business in Cochrane!

I would never go back to this store again. Overall, the general trend seems to be that Peoples Jewellers is a horendous company with terrible customer service. This store sent away my necklace for repair after the chain broke for the SECOND TIME, lost all records of it being sent away, never returned my messages, and I'm now I'm out of a rose gold necklace that was a gift. Absolutely appalling.

I am giving these 5 stars for one person in particular. Sohelia was AMAZING. There was quite a chaotic mix up within the system and it was stressful and frustrating for everyone involved. However, Sohelia was amazing from the start and she worked hard, even on her days off, to ensure we left happy!!! which we did. I will forever go back to her for any jewelry related anything. She is a wonderful person. Thank you, Sohelia!

I only needed to get my ring size and wasn't making a purchase, but the staff were still extremely pleasant and helpful!
