Purchased a new engagement ring online and needed my mount and diamond put onto this new engagement ring. Owner was meticulous in his work, and I was very happy with the outcome. I would come here again for a repair or new purchase in the future.

My family has been using Mark's for our jewelry needs for over 20 years. Absolutely love the customer service, atmosphere and beautiful beautiful pieces. I've never though about going elsewhere and I don't think I will.

I walked in and the only sales associate there was sitting down and kept on saying Ni hao to me like 5 or 6 times without bothering to get up. I tell her I'm not Chinese and then just completely ignores me altogether. Weird and uncomfortable experience, I'm never coming here again.

I had some issues in the past with warranty/ protection plan with my engagement ring, but the last time I stopped into the store I was very impressed with the employee who was helping me. His name was Joe and he really went the extra mile for me to accommodate my needs. Michael Hill is lucky to have an employee who truly wants to see customers happy and strives to go above and beyond :-)

Rarely have a good experience with jewellery sales people but I fortunately ended up with Lynden and he was reeeal great! Good guy, knows his stuff, actually cares. Ask for him when you go. He’s one of the only ones worth talking to. Besides that, their prices are pretty reasonable if you have a good find and they have a good lifetime plan but they’re always slow on returning repairs and resizes.

Went in, spent $340 on a few items, and they forgot a set of earrings. Noticed when I got home since the girl that helped me didn’t show me them when she boxed them in the store. No compensation aside from a very half hearted sorry from the girl at the desk. Oh and a bigger, more nuisance of box that they put the earrings in, since I told them it was a gift for my sister that night. Wasted an hour of my time driving home and back to get the earrings, and now I’m late for my sisters birthday party. Thanks Swarovski, you showed me what terrible customer service is, while making me happy that I work for a company that DOES care when we make a mistake with a client!

I have had dealings with Maxime's for many years and having dealt with Dalia and Matthew for many of them making each new purchase easy with their experience and knowledge, I also find other staff like Matthew and Kristina ensure I have a great experience at their shops regardless of what I stop in for. Maxime's is an amazing shop for jewelry, pens, watches, cufflinks, wedding/engagement rings and in fact it is even more than what some would consider a 'buying experience'. Maximes is a relationship purchase. When you purchase that special item for yourself or for those you love enough to give them the best you start a relationship with people whom care enough to make sure you get exactly what you wanted, whom care enough to take care of any needs after your purchase and whom care enough to continuously educate themselves on the industry and offer the best possible advise and items for your purchasing needs. This is a relationship with a locally owned, family business that after you deal with them you will find other reasons to buy other items from them just to have that same experience you had on your first purchase. The relationship exists from that first time because they never forget your face or name and they always make you feel welcome even if just stopping in to say hi or thanking them again for that perfect item. There is no single reason for me to go anywhere for any of my jewelry/watch/pen needs ever again for Maxime's and the family and staff continue to fulfill all my needs everytime!

From start to finish, I was very impressed by the service and professionalism at Spence. I wasn't even planning to buy the ring on the day I went to look, but everything was so great I left with a purchase! It is a completely stress free environment, where you can look at hundreds of different rings, styles, and colors and you get to hand select your diamond based on your price range. The process was very easy and my now fiance loves her ring. I would highly recommend Spence to anyone looking for a ring, especially if they have no idea where to start and what they are looking for.
