Samuel Kleinburg Jewellers was recommended to me through a colleague many years ago, and to this day I am so glad she did. We had our engagement and wedding bands designed here, later my husband bought a 10th anniversary ring here, and we are going today to purchase a ring for our 25th anniversary, and also some delicate work on an antique setting from my great grandmother I would never ever trust anyone else to touch. Sure it would be easier to go to a closer neighbourhood jewellery store, but we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They have been perfection in design, quality, and trust since that first day we visited in 1991.

My wife bought me a replacement wedding band there. Ring is stamped ARAS10K, but after some years the gold is wearing off. It was only gold plated. I thought the 10K stamp meant it was solid gold. The ring wasn't terribly expensive (under $200) but still a hefty price for a plated wedding band.

Tried to reach them many times by phone. Nobody answered the call and the voicemail box is full. Really bad customer service.

I have been a fan of Bulgari watches for a good number of years now. Hence, well familiar with their customer service in both London, England where I lived before and New York City. Now, given Bulgari's relatively new presence here in Canada, I was a bit apprehensive in bringing my watch in for servicing. Let me just say, the staff is first-rate and surpassed all my expectations. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding, with attention given to every detail. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Hands down, the Toronto store can go head to head with any of its leading international Bulgari counterparts. Just another example of Toronto's emergence as world-class city. Thank you.

There is a employee by the name of mindy who works here and provides excellent service. It made shopping for the occasion amazing. Thanks to her I will definitely recommend shopping here.

Cartier's waiter is very bad, I waited 30 minutes, incredibly first serve others. Very funny.so bad !
