The store refuses to honor guarantees from before December/16. Most companies honor the commitments of prior ownership, however this store refuses to do so. I would never buy another product from this store because whatever warranty they say you have will be useless. Good luck to anyone buying anything from this store.

This review refers to the new location in the mall. I went in here to browse and had to leave almost immediately! There was an awful overpowering mildew stench! I felt sorry for the workers! The mall should see what's going on & eliminate it!

I'm typically not one to deliberately write negative reviews online. Read on, to discover why this review is mandatory. I purchased a beautiful ring for my wife years ago, and included the rather pricey optional "service plan" for future maintenance on the ring. Since then, Ben Moss has gone bankrupt, and re-opened under the same name. They will no longer honor the service plan, even though we can provide proof of purchase. They will, however, offer a discount on a replacement service plan. I'm absolutely disgusted by this and vow to never spend another dime at any Ben Moss location. But wait, it gets worse! My wife is a huge fan of Harry, their goldsmith of many years. She took two rings into Ben Moss for maintenance estimates. One ring required $80 worth of claw tightening etc, and the other needed $100 worth of various work. We found out that Harry sublets his services to Ben Moss, and actually has his own business in Parkland Mall called The Golden Touch Goldsmiths. My wife took her rings in to him, bypassing Ben Moss altogether and saved herself $130! Her first ring needed only $50 worth of work, and the second ring needed no repairs at all! The criminals at Ben Moss were going to charge $100 for unnecessary repairs (if the work would have been done at all). Do yourself a favor. Do you research first and avoid this company at all costs.

I showed up waited for 20minutes got seated at the 45minute mark got my meal with a hair in it second time in a row from rickis getting a hair in my meal. Total Bullshit.

James and his staff are not only great but personable too. Michael Hill has great products at a reasonable/friendly price. Definitely check it out.

After having spent a decent amount of money here over the years, walk in today to get one of my fingers sized just so I can fit a ring on a different finger, I'm told it's 20$ just to use the ring sizer. Now just from buying stuff there and other places, I've always known that they (Treasures) charge more then they should for a lot of stuff compared to other jewelry stores, and it's to be expected because of the fact they're the only jewelry store in Bonnyville as opposed to Edmonton where there's a lot of competition. But after being condesendedly treated by what I believe to be the manager/owner and told I have to pay her to see the ring size chain, I'll never spend another dollar here. I've used the ring sizer before at a few stores here and there and NEVER been told there's a charge. Lol I just had to laugh and share.

I went in just to take a look and ended up purchasing a watch a few weeks later, not because the salespeople pressured me to, but because the service was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend coming in just to "browse". Speak to their watchmaker, Bryn. Very personable and knowledgeable guy!

Beautiful items in this store. I have taken two pieces of jewellery in for repair and have received excellent service and good quality workmanship!

Went there with a co-worker to buy a necklace, after she paid, the dude from the back came out to chat... OMG he wouldn't stop bragging! his friends all have private planes blah blah blah... totally made us feel like we are too cheap for tiffany... sigh... don't get me wrong, our actual sales girl was pretty normal...

trouble service! I dont even want to give one star! I bought a regular price item from the outlet store.I called everywhere that is the only store have the piece available! I went all the way there they dont let me use my $50coupon,so I have to pay the full price.then I though I can return and rebuy it from a regular price store,coz it is a full price item! then,i was told I can only return or exchange to the outlet store! I dont understand if it's a full price and newly launched item,why cant I return it from a different store! or why cant I use the coupon in a outlet store! ? ur system sucks! customer service sucks!
