This place is TERRIBLE. I ordered a ring from them and paid them a deposit. They wouldn't return my phone calls after that! When I went in person, they gave me some random ring and when I refused to take it, they wouldn't give me my deposit back. Horrible experience.

I took in a cheap watch that stopped working. The clerk checked the battery to see that it was still good. Then he told me that you can't really fix a cheap watch like that and he showed me why. Quick efficient service with no charge. I was very satisfied.

Great costume jewelry and service

I purchased a sweet little silver bracelet with marquise shaped silver bits and I love it. It's so delicate and pretty, and simple enough to wear with all my other silver. I have to say a big thank you to Cinzia for helping me find it. I originally came in with the intention of buying another item, but it didn't quite work for me when I actually tried it on. I was determined to find something that worked and Cinzia scoured all the sale items and found that bracelet in a stash of other stuff that didn't make it into the sale display. I'm so glad she looked because I've never seen that bracelet (it's not on your website and from what I can recall, has never been on an instagram post) and I would have missed it otherwise. Thank you!
