When I felt that I was ready to spend the rest of my life with my now fiance, I had visited two places looking to buy an engagement ring. The first was Birks, which was a recommendation from a recently engaged friend. It was exactly what I had imagined, stressful and awkward. By the time that I got comfortable enough, I was offered a bottle of water and fine glass on a silver platter (what is with that by the way?). I had a talk with a disinterested salesman, browsed the rings, and walked out not feeling... productive. Immediately after, I checked out the local 5 star, Serli & Siroan. I was greeted with Daniel and his warm family business. This guy and his family love their job. Daniel took me through some of the rings, showing me what makes each one unique. He is experienced and determined to give you the best experience, whether you know what you're looking for, or are completely lost (like I was). Daniel will work with your budget too, but his main priority will be to make sure you are happy and confident with your decision. I haven't stopped staring at this ring since then. There's a reason Serli & Siroan has 5 stars all across the board. This establishment is warm, sweet, elegant, and offers a fine selection of jewelry that I look forward to revisiting for my wedding bands and future occasions. Oh yea, he also totally posted my proposal on his Instagram. My fiance and I love it.

I ordered three custom palladium rings for my engagement/wedding. Aurora worked with me remotely as I was in the UK and then upon arriving in Canada all three rings were completed. Her expertise is second to none and both my wife and I are very happy and satisfied with our rings. They were worth every penny and I am glad I had Aurora to help me with the process for 3 months from start to finish.

The staff helped me design a necklace over the phone and email and shipped it to Calgary. They were so friendly and I really appreciated how often they promptly communicated with me on every step of the design and process. I love my necklace and would absolutely work with them again in the future.

I am very impressed with my experience working with Carnaby's to resize my engagement ring. Geoff was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service. When sending my ring in for resizing there was a bit of a delay in receiveing it back in the time I was originally promised. Having an emotional attachment to my ring, Geoff understood and empathized with my anxieties. Although he didn't have to, he did not charge me for my resizing and offered me a complimentary gift for the delay. He was in constant communication with me to inform me on the status of my ring. I was so blown away. Considering I had a negative experience in the past with another jewellery sizer, Carnaby's handled this situation the way I imagine customer service should be handled! My ring itself was sized perfectly (they used proper tools for measurement--not like the previously place I had been to!). My ring was also difficult to size due to its dainty shape, and I can't believe how well and comfortable it fits! My experience with Carnaby's was so great that I plan on booking mine and my fiancés wedding band consultation with them!

Got my engagement ring resized. Karen was very helpful in sizing my finger to find a perfect fit for my ring. The ring was supposed to be ready in 5 business days and I got it within 2 days. People there are very friendly.
