She will lure you into a sale by giving you 1/2 price of an inflated MSRP, then reduce it further so you think its cheap. If you require a resizing, you will be charged $50 plus HST PER RING. She gives no leeway in resizing costs

My mom has been going to them for years. Hubby and I got our wedding bands here. The owners (husband and wife) are amazing. They walk you through every last detail and give you input if you ask them. They don't try to up-sell and pressure you either. Joe even recommend smaller diamonds on my wedding band due to the contrast against the engagement ring. Who does that? They DO NOT lack in honesty or integrity. A+
