We really enjoyed working with Kim, who was solicitous through the process and made sure we had plenty of initial consultation to make sure we got just the right profiles. Right from the get go it came across that she was as excited about making this ring as I was. She listened to all my ideas for the ring I wanted and wasn’t fazed. She walked me through every step of choosing a diamond with ease and grace. She made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience an absolute joy. She was also incredibly accommodating, working with me as I changed or added ideas for the ring and repeatedly changed the time frame for when I needed it by. I must have been a pain to work with, but Suzanne never failed to make me feel excited, heard, and confident in the end result. And what an end result. The ring is exactly what I wanted, within the budget I had, within the time I needed it by. So where's my TAG watch? I dropped it off the first week of January. It should have taken 4-5 weeks max. It's now mid March and you don't answer the phone or return my messages. I want my $4,000 watch back. This is ridiculous

Finally after speaking with Lillian I decided to go with her. And I cannot say how pleased I am at her work. The ring is flawless. its amazing and i couldn't have asked for a better deal.
