Excellent service. I had my wedding ring taken in to get sized, very friendly staff. Made a custom piece to put inside of ring. Reasonable price. Will continue to take any jewellery here from now on.

Neat little jewelry shop tucked away over by Popeye's chicken on 137ave. EXCELLENT service and great atmosphere. Brought in a pendant to be repaired and it was done in less than an hour.

I advise you guys to not go here, when i initial first came to this store to get my gold chain fixed. I had measured it to be exactly 16 inches, and had taken pictures with that of how the chain had sat on my neck. When i came to the store to get my chain back, i had picked it up and realized that the chain was shorter then usual.. I asked for a tape measurer and he said that he did not have one. I was going to demand for a tape measurer, AS ALL JEWELLERS SHOULD HAVE! Though it was my birthday, and i had drove all the way from the north to pick it up and had places to be. I had called one day later, and threatened to get police involved and tell everyone about the service that he does taking gold off chains, and the exact words of the conversation "You think your little review is going to do ANYTHING to damage my reputation?? I've been in business for 15 years try again." I just would like to warn everyone going to this store. To not be as foolish as me, and if you are going to this store which i have no reason as to why anyone would, to make sure you ask for a tape measurer and weight of the jewellery and to write it down on the paper for pickup. WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!

Went to order a custom wedding band. It was made exactly the way I wanted and the owner was very courteous and polite. Overall it felt like a genuine, high quality transaction. Definitely recommend this place, especially for gold jewellery.

So many varieties of things that just catch my eye. the entire store has an absolutely friendly ambience, i mean you walk in and its like "why cant i just live here." prices are fair and staff is beyond helpful. theres this one gorgeous girl, Rayna who was a ton of help and knew all her stuff. i will be coming back very soon

Not sure what happened to the other reviewers. Last year I bought my wife earrings at the West paris and service was great. Last week I bought my wife some rings at the Millwoods one. They resized it overnight. And spent along time with me trying to pick items out. When i did it again they say upfront 1-2 weeks. So its not a surprise. I guess they could rush and do it crappy. Anyway. Since writing this i took it for resize. They said up to 2 weeks. Took barely a week. Even went so far as to track another item for me that wasn't in stock. Unfourtantly I could not get that item. Our rings came in a very nice box and also got one of those promo necklaces they give out this time of the year. Oh, I forgot. The jeweler fixed my old wedding ring by filing a sharp edge I made at work. No charge was nice as I would if just bought a file. I really liked this location and look forward to returning.

Heinrich’s has been my go-to watch/jewelry store for years now. They have the best customer service and really know how to take care you and your jewelry! They even came in clutch on our wedding day when I sent my brother in for a last minute necklace for my wife. Don’t go anywhere else.
