Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a necklace and tried to return it 10 mins after to which the employee was very rude about it.

The biggest cheaters along with the TD canada bank . The interest free payment ( no payments and no interest ) can be shocking for you when you start receiving the monthly statements. Better avoid this place

Very bad experience! They don't admit their mistake and take forever to solve a problem. Will never come back again.

Buyer beware, store does not honour their exchange policy.I got a ring as a gift which I wore only to try on. I tried to exchange it as it did not fit me. Ring was well withing the 7 day return policy but the person working at the store said "it is worn" so they can not exchange it. How else am I supposed to know a ring fits without trying it on? I asked her to show me if there were any damages or scratches but she would not show me. She kept saying "I see it, we can't take it back". Just ask yourself how they have 50% off sales all the time? Regular price is $120 but somehow they can afford $60 all the time.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience here! I wasn't sure what I was looking for in an engagement ring, and the opportunity to try a variety of styles at my own pace was awesome. Damon was great at giving us guidance about how to ultimately make an educated decision! Overall positive experience👍🏼

Called this place and they answered the phone “Hello”. I had to ask if I’m calling the right place and she said very rudely “Yes” I than ask what time do you close today (malls usually close at 5pm on Sunday but figured to ask just in case I don’t wast a trip Her reply. “Now”. In such a rude tone Customer Service is truly a lost art. Will never shop here and would rather give my money to those better deserving of it.

Anna was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She met with me multiple times to discuss and review design, budget and personal touches that could really make the ring special. I also really appreciated that she had only met Lindsay once before and had some great input regarding style, size, and what she might like! I am grateful for her guidance throughout this process and helping create a ring that Lindsay is absolutely in love with!

I love this store, the staff is friendly and the beads and crystals are very reasonably priced. I believe they always have sales on weekends :)
