Horrible customer service and very rude. The employees tried to make me feel bad for them and would not take no for an answer when I clearly said I did not want to fill out their form. Then they actually asked for my social security number!!!!! Why does a jewelry store need my social security number when I'm
not buying anything! No way!!!! Go to Zales!!!! This is an awful place that's also very grimy and out of date. JB Robinson should investigate this store because something twisted is going on.
