Went to Got Gold in St. Catharines with a 1 oz gold wafer. I was offered $1375. I thought that was too low so I went to another gold buyer nearby and received $1676.60. The fellow at Got Gold was trying to rip me off. Do Not Go There!

After replacing claws on a diamond ring the claw failed and the diamond was lost. Went to complain to the shop owner and he couldn't care less and gave no response. Spent over $2K with this shop, I will never be back.

I am relaying the experience my fiancee had at your store just before Christmas. He was thankful to a young woman who not only helped him pick out my ring but she allowed my young son to weigh in on the very important decision. Thanks.

Originally we had a great experience. The sales staff were helpful and kind. Then we had to go back because a bracelet we bought broke and the sales staff basically accused me of lying about where I purchased it from. Not impressed.
