This store has amazing customer service. I had a horrible experience at the harrisburg store on 22! The store on 22 never tracked my ring cleanings and when I had a problem my warranty didn't cover it because of that. So they created a loss of 120$ for me. So I'm not going to lie I was a little scared walking into the hersehy store. I was scared that I could be making another bad decision. Boy was I wrong. The customer service was the top of the line. They did not push us into anything we didn't want! The manager was the one who took care of us. I told her what I wanted and she did not push me to anything else. We were on a budget and she made sure to get us the best deal. I will go back again! Everyone please take my advice and ship here over harrisburg if you want top of the line customer service! You will not be disappointed!!!

This new store is like a jewel (pardon the pun) in our little town. The sparkling displays are set in beautiful decor, and staff are knowledgable, pleasant and totally comfortable in both English & French. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to find beautiful pieces for $50-$80, and the Christmas shopping experience is so much better than buying on line. Unless you need alterations, you can take your purchase home with you right away. I'm a very happy customer!

They staff at Ludwig's Jewelers are honest and friendly to all customers. I've been using them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Check them out. Customer service like the old days.

I recently went to John and Daniela's au jewelers shop on a whim based on reviews I read here, and I am so happy. I'm very hesitant to trust people and especially with my jewelry because of sentimental value it holds for me. However, I went to John with my wedding band ring to be appraised, and also to fix the prongs on my engagement ring so that it would fit as a snug on my newly purchased wedding ring. It looks amazing, and I wish I was able to post the picture. finally no gap in between, especially since my engagement ring setting has smaller stones compared to the wedding band. Now they blend in perfectly. He even cleaned and polished both rings for me. Both look shiny and sparkly. Thank you so much John for making this a stress-free fix for my upcoming wedding! You guys are now my new Hershey Jewelers favorite! For new customers who want true honest people to work with, then this is your place to go in Hershey!- Aisa & Sal

First time visiting Belle's in their new store. Beautiful layout and amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and not pushy. I explained what I was looking for and they showed me what they had in the store. No complaints!

I recommend you find a different Kay Jewelers, or better yet, skip Kay entirely. Every stone in my wedding band has fallen out at one point already. They replace it for you but the time it takes to get it back, plus the 6mo required inspections make owning a ring another high maintence responsibility. We live 45 minutes from the nearest Kay Jewelers, plus two young kids, and most recently, experienced a lot of loss in our family-we were 4 months out of inspection and they now eliminated my warranty and told me I need to pay every time a stone is lost. I would rather purchase a brand new ring elsewhere as the expense to keep up with the diamonds that fall out on a regular basis would be more over time than purchasing from a quality retailer. I don’t even have the original ring that my husband proposed to me with as it needed replaced, three times so far. So I have no problem staying fresh. A wedding ring should be a sacred keepsake to have for years, but the only thing I got from Kay’s was a piece of high maintence junk. My husband is so embarrassed that I’m constantly without a ring. I feel so bad for him knowing what he paid and that he picked out a Neil Lane thinking it would be of quality. We feel like we’ve been robbed. The last time I was at Kays in Chambersburg, with these feelings, the lady made me feel much better. She said they stand by the quality and that if my ring loses more I need to bring it in and get a new one. She explained that sometimes with sizing and design it takes away from the strength to hold in the diamonds. I left there feeling better, at least she heard our frustration and offered a solution if it happened again. This time, I was greeted by a miserable lady who looked so bugged I even made her get off her chair. She was condescending and unsympathetic to the disappointment we’ve experienced. I’m horrified over the lack of service and quality of product and I will NEVER recommend Kays.

I come here twice per year for my ring inspection and cleaning. Of course, they typically try to get me to look around and sell me something, but that's their job. When shopping, they are very patient and helpful. They seem to be able to take a hint when you want a few moments to look peacefully, but will come back to check on you. One time I witnessed the manager being rude to one of her employees. The employee seemed newer, and was being treated a little poorly. But that was only one time in the years I've been going there. Sometimes, especially around Christmas, they hire temp employees from temp agencies. These employees typically do the cleanings and inspections, call backs, and other non-sales jobs. Check your jewelry carefully afterwards, these people aren't professionals and you could end up with a scratch in one of your pieces like I did.

We couldn't be happier about our experience with Leitzel's. They have the largest selection to be found locally. We were fortunate enough to have Mr. Leitzel help us with our selection. He made sure that we were able to get the best diamond for us, and still stay within our budget. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back!

It has the. Cutest little accessories and little makeup kit it is more of a"little girls treat with grandma" kind of store. Not really "oh im going to drive to Claire's to pick up some clothes".

Went there New Year's Day to clean my ring and to open our Kay's card account and the ladies were super nice and had one run in but it was fixed

I took 4 rings in to be sized and paid 60 each. All 4 rings came back wrong and we were told wed have to pay again to have them corrected!? They said the guy who sized them was new and never did it before. Waste of my time and money and still need to get the rings resized. These ring were gifts form my grandfather after he passed thats why we went to a "credible" place to get this done. horrible customer service!

Great service came in with some minor repairs on my wife's wedding set that had loose diamonds, that I purchased a while back from a different jeweler. We got it back in showroom condition cleaned and refurbished.

Had my daughter's birthday party today at Claire's at Jackson Crossing. Tomee and Amber were awesome! They painted the girl's fingernails and toenails and added embelishments. Everyone had an awesome time! Would recommend a Claire's party to anyone wanting a different party idea!

Great customer service, fast repairs. Large inventory of beautiful merchandise in store, with the ability to have a custom piece created. I'm very satisfied with my experience and will be returning soon.
