We love Higashi and buy almost all of our jewelry there. The staff is always very helpful with great suggestions. Recently had a warranty issue with my engagement ring, Warren and Susan handled the rebuilding of my ring and kept me informed through the entire process. I just got my ring back today and I am beyond pleased with the results. If you have never been there, you have to check it out!!!

Stood patiently at the register for 10 mins all for the lady to look at me and pick the person who just walked in. I just walked out to never return.

I got my cartilage pierced and both women were very nice and answered all my questions before I went through with the piercing. I wasn’t sure what ear to get it on so the women took her time to draw dots on both ears so I could determine what ear I wanted. I wish they would of used a needle instead of a gun, but other than that their service was great.

If you want your ring ‘misplaced’, ran around, empty promises, and wrong quote times this is the place for you! If you want the full experience you can ask for the manager Sarah and she will be more than happy to help. If I could there would be zero stars because it seems like one or two actually know what they are doing and the rest have no clue. Before you come here I strongly advise you go somewhere else I guess the only plus is that if your a therapy shopper it’s in a good location because trust me you will need retail therapy! I would not trust this location with my phone number let alone my jewelry.
