Rhodium is the ONLY precious metal to not require alloying with another metal: bright white, strong, harder than steel, FAR rarer than either platinum or gold. All of the staff is so rude unless you're purchasing something that day, it doesn't matter if you just bought a 5,000 ring and pay monthly on it or not.. I don't recommend anyone going or shopping here! 😡😡

Worst experience ever went there was supposed to be but 3 get 3 free my daughter bought 3 items took them to checkout then the woman says I'll give you buy 2 get 1 free my daughter didn't get nothing for free this is false advertising I'll never go there again nor tell any of my friends and family I was very disappointed

The personalized jewelry you get at Margaret Ross's studio is a one of a kind gift... I'm not one that put a lot of thought into a gift, however when you have a personalized gift of jewelry, trust me you get major brownie points with your spouse... Thank you again Margaret.

I disagree with the 1 and 2 star ratings. We (myself and fiancee) had avery comfortable experiance while we shopped for rings. They weren't pushing or insisting we try other rings, they were very polite and straight forward. I would reccommend this location and again i dont agree with the negative reviews, also the prices were very doable, me and her had a budget in mind and we were well under it.

I had an amazing experience at Ezzi Jewelry. Ellie did a spectacular job helping me find exactly what I was looking for! He was very professional, He is extremely knowledgable, provides expert advice and genuinely wants to make sure that you end up with the watch that is right for you. My husband and I bought two Rolex watches with a great price. We didn’t find that price in any other store. I will only be going through him from now on when I'm interested in any jewelry. I would highly recommend him to anyone in any need for jewelry concern. Really top notch!! Thank you

I purchased my wife a ring at the Adrian Kay's for Christmas. When I asked about getting it sized for her, the saleswoman assured me that the first sizing would be free. I paid for the ring and the saleswoman handed me a Santa Certificate for $100 and told me that it would be redeemable on my next purchase that was made after Jan. 6th. My wife loved the ring. We went back to Kay's to get it sized and the woman there was huffy and rude because my wife did not have the receipt with her and the saleswoman didn't want to look it up in the computer. We left and the next day went to the store in the Briarwood Mall. When we spoke to the salesperson there, we were told that the sizing was going to cost $50 and it would take upwards of 6 weeks! When I asked her why the $50, I was told that sizing was only provided if I purchased the extended warranty. She was nice enough to offer the warranty which was $69. We declined and although annoyed, left the ring to be sized. Today my wife went to use the Santa Certificate on the Kay's website. She found a beautiful necklace and was trying to check out, but the certificate would not go through. She called customer service. The rep was extremely nice and explained that to redeem the $100 certificate, the purchase had to be a minimum of $300. No where on the certificate does it say that and the saleswoman in Adrian told us that all purchase restrictions were listed on the back. We will never shop at Kay's again and we must certainly will not do business at the Adrian location.

Found my way in to get my glass repaired - so impressed! Quality, fast service, fantastic customer service, great prices. Plus they clean my ring for free. Definitely recommend!

I've gotten my ears done here when I was couple months old. I took my daughter to the Claire's and the girl messed up four times and tried to say her ears were uneven? She simply couldnt put a dot on the correct spot. So frustratingly I left, went to piercing pagoda where I should have went initially. The one lady with long hair and glasses still works there. She knows what shes doing. Marked the dot exactly on the right spot the first time. Done fast and painless. Even had the guy help with the otherside at the same time.Will always go to her.

I purchased the wrong size chain for a necklace and wanted to get the correct size, they made it easy as possible to make it work. This place is great to there customers.
