Joyce's Jewelry is by far the best retail experience I've ever had. I was in the market for a custom engagement ring and was referred to Brandon by my sister who had worked with him before. I live in Chicago so I was unable to view the diamonds in person, meaning, I really needed to trust with whom I'd be working with. Joyce's Jewelry absolutely delivered five star service on all levels. The entire experience was professional, informative, fun, and seamless - it honestly felt like I was a part of the Joyce's Jewelry team. Brandon sent informative articles and videos to help me understand the four C's of diamonds, HD pictures/videos of the diamonds, GIA reports, and provided in-depth advice through email and over the phone. The end result; a purely stunning engagement ring with flawless craftsmanship. It's an absolute piece of art. We ended up flying to Pittsburg and driving to Joyce's to thank them in-person. The store is beautiful, the staff is so nice, we even got fitted for our wedding bands while we were there. I would also recommend taking a look at the men's luxury watches while you're at the store. They have a huge selection and Brandon knows a TON about watches. Thank you so much for everything that you've done and thank you in advance for all my future purchases!

This was our second experience with McGivern jewelers. Mike is so patient, kind and trustworthy. His knowledge is unparalleled in the jewelry field. We have two gorgeous pieces of jewelry from him and they could not be more beautiful. He has earned a loyal customer in us. Do not go elsewhere, as you can’t always trust that you’re getting what you paid for. Trust Mike.

I was completely devastated when I had broken a chain to my favorite necklace, but Butler jeweler was so efficient in replacing the chain and repairing it! The necklace that they replaced it with was much more sturdy and I am extremely pleased with my experience! Thank you!! :)

I saw a pair of earrings on Murphy's Facebook page and really really liked them. I called and spoke to Christine Logothides at the Pottsville store but the earrings weren't there. She had them brought to the Pottsville store very quickly. My husband and I went there to see them and they were even more beautiful in person. Hubby bought them for me for my b-day !!! Chris is the best, nicest and most courteous salesperson ever. I love the store and the merchandise !!
