I went to pick up my ring and was never greeted. For a general pick up I was standing around for 20 minutes before I was finally acknowledged without apology. I will never come back to this store.

Went to store to have swarovski sent in to be repaired, that 1 piece had came unglued. Got item back in multiple pieces that employee smashed. When I called store to find out what had happened they said employee no longer works there and sorry nothing they can do. Employees very rude and manager would not be reasonable about rectifying issue. Would not suggest store to anyone looking for Swarovski's.

They do not carry the same items as they did last year. They added items such as dog collars dog bowls children's clothes infant clothes. They don't carry a wide variety of scarves as they have winter or summer. I am a Mall Walker and when I walk by Charming Charlie's I hardly see anybody shopping there. They also have a ear piercing station there. I don't see anybody having their ears pierced. Like the old saying goes why fix something if it's not broken.

I went in to have small diamond replaced on my wedding band. The price was very fair, the ring looks fantastic, and the service was wonderful. I found myself a new jeweler, and have already recommended him to my family.

If you need any repair work done this is the place to go. Such a quick turnaround and they do all their repair in house. No more sending out your jewelry and waiting weeks for it to return. If you're looking to make a purchase they have a great variety of gemstones. Great quality for a great price. Definitely will shop here again.

I am giving these people zero stars. My husband bought me a very expensive anniversary ring at this store. Because he wanted to surprise me, he had me come in under the guise of fixing another ring of mine. While I was discussing how I wanted to fix the ring I brought in, I had an hour discussion with the sales person about how I can't wear wide thick bands due to a disease I have that causes inflammation. I went into great detail about this, yet when my husband came in to pick out a ring, the very same woman encouraged him to make a special order and design a ring himself. The ring is very wide and thick. I can't even bend my finger without pain. As soon as he gave it to me, we called the store. They said they will not fix it, will not let me pick out one that fits because it was a special order. So my husband spent thousands, being led by this saleswoman, and they won't make this right. They didn't even offer to look at it and try to help us solve the problem. I now have a beautiful, but unwearable, very expensive ring. Spread the word. They don't stand behind what they sell, lead people who know nothing about jewelry towards ordering something that can never be exchanged or fixed.

Great place! Very friendly and very helpful. The prices are great compared to other stores i have been to. Definitely my go to place in mansfield.

The quality of their products are excellent but the issue that I have is with trying to get a hold of them, I have been trying to get ahold of this company for a day and a half and everytime I try to call it is busy. I have been there a few times in person and there have been a couple times that I've went and they are taking personal phone calls on the work line.

I went to get help with my braclet and the clerk put a new ring on it took a few minutes

rude with no class. will never buy from this chain again.
