If it were possible I’d give 0 stars, absoutley terrible customer service. I went in to get my ring cleaned and I was waiting in line and just because I wasn’t purchasing anything they started helping the guy who came in after me... and then put his things threw the cash while I was standing at the cash the whole time... then I asked a lady if they sold real diamond earrings for infants or that would work for infants... and she told me no that baby’s can’t wear real diamonds because they will fall out. I went to the charm store in Ottawa and bought a 500$ pair of earrings for my baby that fit great... the staff In Cornwall are very unintelligent. I went to the charm in Bayshore mall they were extremely kind and helpful.

Bad service. I never got help finding the sizes I needed (had i gotten help the display would not have ended up looking like a laundry pile). I got major attitude from the cashier when I complained about an item being dirty(filthy!!) I feel since the shelves are full of merchandice and it's so close to Christmas that the staff working there should have much better customer service. I also had to repair the item I purchased when I got home. I would have returned the item if it wasn't something my daughter had her heart set on. You can imagine I will be avoiding Ardene's!

Before you buy have the item checked bought 2 rings there. Paid 690.00 wouldn't use them tried to sell them. Told they were worth 75.00 for the 2. Broke my heart that I was taken like that.

Do not go to this place if i could hive them less then 1 star i would... i just went there to do the earrings to my daughter and the girl although she marked with a marker where she was supposed to put the earrings she put them way out of place and we had to fix them! Terrible experience!! Will never tell someone to go to this place. No vayan a este lugar, si pudiera darles menos de una estrella lo aría, fuí con mi hija a hacerle sus aretes y aunque la chica marcó con un marcador donde estaban supuestos a ir los aretes los puso muy pero muy fuera de lugar y tuvimos que arreglarlos!! Y hacer el procedimiento dos veces. Horrible experiencia!! Nunca recomendaré este lugar a nadie!!
