They honestly have no idea what they are doing at this location. My wife and I have had so many problems at this location. They can never find which account any of our jewelry is on and we have been told by multiple associates that everything is now on one account. Still takes over an hour just to drop your jewelry off to get it cleaned. I will never purchase anything from Jared’s again.

Whenever I come back to Columbus, I try to stop in to have my rings cleaned because I know I can count on the service, honesty, and kindness of Diamond Cellar employees, like Randy. We purchased my engagement ring in 2008 and from the beginning we were treated well by the woman who helped us. She was patient and took time to explain what we were purchasing, our options, and financing. I highly recommend the Diamond Cellar for your jewelry needs. The quality of both product and service is unparalleled.

Had to give one star.. They deserve O. This place is an absolute joke! Never ever will purchase anything from here again! We bought a ring from here decided to return it a month ago. We are still waiting for OUR money. Bullcrap!! The customer service sucks and tells us we'll recieve our check in 5 to 7 business days. Its been well over that.avoid the hassel dont buy from here!😡😡😡😡

Just went to drop my bracelets and beads off for a cleaning. The store is way too small and the wait is too long. It had been over 2 years since my last visit and nothing changed. I wanted to check out the latest beads, but the store annoys me (one of the reasons I started going to Tiffanys).

Sales person was very helpful and honest about their brand of watch great help when getting my sons watch fitted for his wrist.

Unique dresses and accessories, this used to be more affordable a while back.

I’ve always been skeptical about going to a Zales, Kay’s or a big chain for our jewelry. However, Zales was very prompt. Amaria was our jeweler. She was very attentive and welcoming. She listened to our concerns and addressed them all. She was very patient and understanding. I’m glad that our first stop was at Zales. There was no pressure just help! I’m thankful and my fiancé and I made a purchase on a band. Thank you Amaria for your help! 😆😄

Very stylish wrist watches and various accessories. Some very fresh designs and colors. American made. Very affordable depending on your preference. A knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
