good prices, i bought my wifes wedding ring here and being a local many familiar faces working here. i like the setup within kroger. there was not a lot of pressure to buy and everyone was helpful!

Awful services!!! I just brought my watches to change a battery , an employee took a knife and tried to open it with a hammer , she scratched my watches ...... !!!!

Wow. This place was stacked with people during our visit. We had an hour and a half wait for lunch on the weekend, but the restaurant has a cute little shop to spend time in while you wait. The food was great and the prices are better than I expected. Best description is a quaint Cracker Barrel with in my opinion better food.

Oh Mon doux qu'on c'est fait escroquer. Les réparations sont abominables. C'est pas compliqué il a detruit les bijoux. C'est horribles. On avait tellement de bijoux a faire réparer en or, des bagues montres en or, des bracelets et boucles d'oreilles et ils sont revenus sans valeurs. Une des bagues était meme pas rondes! Y'avait des taches noires dessus. On voit là ou c'est souder! Une montre en diamants à peine réparé! Jetais horrifié. On lui a fait confiance. Ma mere ne voulant pas nous donner des bijoux brisé lui a tout donné mais clairement elle aurait pas dû. On a pas payer les réparations car on lui avait donné des bagues brisée mais en or 22 kt car on savait pas quoi faire avec. Il devait baisser le prix des réparations. Il nous demandait 180$ de plus pour les réparations. On a quitter offusquer, insulté sans payer une cenne de plus. Son père semblait se sentir mal et a repris une des bagues pour au moins la limer tellememt c'était coupant la réparation. Pus jamais. Je préfère payer 5 fois ce qu'il chargeait mais avoir une belle reparation et gardé la valeur de nos bijoux. Voyons donc!!! Une amie à moi qui est gemologues a accepter de vérifier le tout pour voir si on peut faire de quoi avec ce massacre.

The man ruined my engagement ring. I brought it in for repairs, he put the stone back in crookedly after having clumsily painted resin on the stone, not evenly painted either.... it now looks like a pharmacy ring held together with kids arts and crafts glue. The layer of resin even has a bubble right in the middle of the, now plastic looking, gem. Also didn't bother to fix one of the cracks

Went to go resize my ring and recieved awesome service...they were very thorough about everything.
