I have seen the store from the road many times. I got my husband to stop and visit the old town on Broadway Avenue, on the 11th Sept 2014. Its really nice in there, the owner says hi, and Im over here if you need me....doesn't bug you at all...which I find great, then you can look over the stock and see stuff, you might want to buy.

Every time I have gone their in the past they have been impecable. Always a class act.

This is the place!!! Soheil (owner) is very patient and knowledgeable....been in the business for years! I was shopping for an engagement ring for months, wish I had found Rudix right away as there is no need to go anywhere else! He has a variety of eye popping custom made rings to choose from, or as I did, he can help design exactly what you're looking for, and probably for tge best price out there!!! The ring is absolutely gorgeous and 1 of a kind! My fiancè is in LOVE with it...she couldn't be happier!! We will be back for both our bands, Thank you Soheil for your time and patience!!

Most amazing jewelery store find in Cookestown - a "diamond in the rough". Had a fabulous experience and just needed to share. After a major mishap involving the incorrect cleaning of my rings resulting in my wedding, engagement, anniversary and my mother's ring looking unrecognizable I brought them to AGem international with high hopes that they could be salvaged. Jean was very knowledgeable and gave me much needed peace of mind. The result - they look better than before! Thanx Jean!

i wish i could give this place no stars, i will never be going back! i wanted to get a necklace shortened that was a gift from my daughter for christmas. his was cheapest price so i took the necklace there. got it back a week later... it was a total different chain.. it was sooo thin and knotty! the next morning it had broke! i called him the next day and told him what happened, i asked if i could get my 14$ back and my original chain i brought to him, he said no and told me to take it to a pawn shop on main and ferry(no one is going to take a broken chain)... i had my father call him because i was extremely upset , he told my dad that the chain is too fine and delicate! first of all why wouldn't he tell me that before he started working on my chain! and second of all, of course the chain he gave me is too thin and delicate to fix. he called me later that night and told me he had called the cops on me because me and my family members called him about the chain.. he left a voicemail saying he would give them any recorded phone calls and the surveillance of me at his store.. ( you cant record phone calls unless you have the other persons permission) i also did not get a receipt from this guy. after i got the voicemail, i took the chain he gave me to walmart(where i got my original christmas present from), and they confirmed they dont sell chains that thin,(we compared it to all their chains in the store) they said that chain was 5-6 years old, and that it was stretched. so not only did he not give me my money back, i dont get my original chain back , and he wont fix the chain that he gave me that broke..... not professional at all !

I was all set to get my 2 bangles and 2 charms representing niagra falls however there was 1 sales lady and she was helping a very indecisive lady and told me she couldn't ring me up while the lady was still deciding on charms so she could reach her 125$ to receive free gift BAD customer service I knew what I wanted it would have taken minutes to help me while I already was there for 15mins waiting on indecisive lady good thing I can just go on line but she SUCKED 😣
