My fiancée and I had an amazing time getting both the engagement ring and wedding bands here. Ask for Lindsay. She gave us, hands-down, the best service we have received at a retail outlet ever. She found me the perfect raw diamond for the engagement ring when most other stores wouldn’t even try (they’re hard to get a hold of it turns out). She was always smiling, swapping stories with us; and she never once pressured us into looking for anything other than what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Barry’s thanks to it’s wonderful staff!

I recently visited this store after my Swarovski necklace lost all of its crystals! The lady working first informed me they stood behind their products and she was so surprised they fallen out and told me she wanted to show it to her manager in the back. Upon returning her demeanor changed and she informed me that my necklace was a last years model and would look ugly if I had it repaired as it was "old" and ''worn". I paid to have it send away and fixed and two months later I went in after not having heard back from them. Apparently they tried to call me although here is no record of it on my call log. The jewelery may be beautiful but don't wait your time with this location. Rude staff and awful service from day one.

The lovely assistant who helped us was funny and she went above and beyond. Now maybe you're thinking "of course she went above ans beyond, she was making a jewelry sale!" Well ACTUALLY she didn't - I liked my current wedding band but the white gold kept fading so i wanted to look for a yellow gold one. Seeing that I really loved my current band and was a bit saddened that I was looking for a replacement, the sales associate suggested they could turn my current white gold into a yellow gold ring by buffing it! She coyld have totally got me to spend 100's of dollars on a new ring but instead worked with my current ring. That made me so happy and i am very thankful for her!!

0 stars if I could. Just before Valentines Day we came in browsing and I was talking to a lovely lady about some 1 carat diamond earrings I was interested in. While I was talking to her my husband wanted to ask another associate to put them on hold without me hearing so he could pick them up later and surprise me. The associate he approached wasnt helping anyone as we were the only people in the store. This 'manager' was too annoyed to help him since it appeared I was already being helped and chose to help another man came in even though my husband just needed a quick word. He was not able to get the style of the ones I liked. About an hour later I was a pleasantly surprised when he pulled up in front of Barry's and told me to go pick out some earrings I like. In the end, we picked out some beautiful 1.5 carat solitaire studs that were even more brilliant than the first pair. Nonetheless my husband was disappointed in himself for not keeping it a surprise and thats why Im writing this review.

I had a great experience with Bijou. I met with Pawel for coffee to go over plans for the ring, and he later showed me the gems to be used and the custom wax model. From there it was an excellent turn around time, fantastic price and a friendly demeanor throughout. And of course the custom ring design came out perfect, she loves it. I would highly recommend!
