Bought lot of stuff from this store for a wedding in our family.owner of shop is very nice and friendly.just show her dress u r going to wear in a function.she matches best jewllery .our overall experience was amazing

Terrible customer service : They didn't greet me and they didn't ask me to wait while others who had come before were serviced. Besides, they acted as if I was not there. It seems like they choose customers. Now I see why Pandora is always full of people.

It was a little hard to find, but once I got there, it was exactly what I expected. I had a great experience with their Broadway location and North Van was no different.

I have had watch batteries replaced and my husband's wedding ring was fixed here. The work was excellent and completed in a timely manner.

I had a diamond that I wanted reset and Victor was recommended to me by a friend. I would never have stopped by the shop in Lynn Valley otherwise as this was a custom job and the storefront did not appear that custom work was done there. Previously I had had several quotes to put a 1/2 carat band of diamonds on each side of my stone and the prices really varied to up to $7500 just for that setting. In the end, I got to choose the diamonds that made the setting, create and change the idea I had to start with and it cost $3200! I was very pleased with Victor's knowledge and patience and the ring he crafted is stunning. I look at it every day with joy and pride. Now that the job is done, he still remains in touch and I can go there any time to have the ring cleaned and checked. I have recommended Victor to a few of my friends and they have been equally as happy with his workmanship, honesty and calm nature.I wish I could upload a photo of my ring...not sure how to do that. I just posted this and it comes up with my teenage daughter Abriella as the author...lol. I have no idea how to change this...but the entry is sincere and comes from a 50 year old!

We worked with Gino, who was professional, very personable and made our purchase experience so fantastic. Gino has an incredible eye for detail and took the time to thoroughly educate us on all the key elements that make a diamond exquisite. He helped us design a ring incorporating all the aspects that we loved and the result was a ring that surpassed all of our expectations--it is simple STUNNING! I went to buy myself a pair of earring and when I picked them out, the clerk told me they were 12K gold. I made my purchase and went home happily. 3 days later my ear started to get infected. I am allergic to everything that is not gold, silver or surgical steal. I took out the earnings to find that the butterfly back had turned black and one of the jewels had fallen off the earring. I returned and asked the store manager why this had happened. She very kindly explained that some of the designers put gold covers on copper so that was why the backing had turned black. My only concern was that I was not told this by the clerk at the time of the purchase. The store manager dealt with my problem very professionally and offered either an exchange or a full refund (since it had only been a week I had the earrings). So next time you want to check out this store just make sure you ask what the jewelry is completely made of just in case you have allergies like me. Other than this small issue, the selection is gorgeous and the staff were very helpful and friendly (especially with dealing with this issue).

I will explain the 3 stars for this place, First off, They have great Jade here it is flawless and amazing in design, if you have the money to blow I'd definitely recommend coming here. | I received a bangle as a gift from my boyfriend and the size was too big for me so I went to exchange for a smaller size, the lady that sold him the bangle said there is a smaller size available if it did not fit we could exchange the size or get a refund with in 14 days of purchase. I arrive with my mother to exchange the size, we told the lady that we want to exchange to the smaller size, the lady kept showing us these smaller sized bangles that were $5k each, my mother looked at me and thought it was strange. the lady kept insisting that there isnt a smaller size in the same style, keep in mind the bangle i got was $600 and we just want a smaller size. then we asked for a refund because they do not have the smaller size in the bangle we want and the lady refused a refund and said you cannot refund it but you can add an extra couple thousand dollars and you can get one that is smaller. I get that you are trying to upsell to customers but we bought a $600 bangle so why would you try to sell us a $5k Bangle? then the lady said she will make a phone call for the smaller size for the $600 bangle that we want. She was wasting our time the minute we stepped in, she had the smaller size available and just wanted to up sell a more expensive one to make more $$. This is why I don't recommend this place, I do believe they have great quality jade here and its quite nice, however the sales practices just isnt that ethical and I would be concerned about the prices here. We spoke to another man and he was nice to offer a refund even though the lady kept insisting that we will not receive a refund.

Was in the store this weekend , and bought a beautiful piece for my husband for valentines . So many options and very knowledgeable staff . Can't wait to get myself a treat from there next !!
