Friendly service, great coffee and a real eclectic selection of gifts, jewellery, vintage items and clothing, both new and used. The customers are always friendly and helpful as well.

What a wonderful experience my son and I had. The people were extremely friendly. I would recommend all parents to bring their children for a great learning experience.

Great People… I came in to change the batteries on 2 Movado watches and incidentally I noticed they had watch bands that fit the Movado's and requested to change them. I picked up the watches and they forgot to change the batteries… I called back and they acknowledged that it was a "human error" and requested for me to return to rectify the situation. The situation was resolved and they did it NO CHARGE to compensate me for the inconvenience. Now that is Customer Service! Thank you Lesser Brothers Jewellers and it is good to know there is a great watch maintenance store in Ingersoll managed by great people, I would highly recommend them for their quality workmanship, warranty and use of high quality products (like US made batteries vs Chinese batteries) at great prices. -- Laci L

Some neat clothing items but beware: sizing is way off, and clothing is inexpensive so quality isn't high (don't expect to keep these clothes forever). Return policy isn't the best, but staff are friendly.

The beautiful and exotic designs from VixenArtWear are truly one of a kind. Each piece is meticulously hand-crafted with gorgeous colour combinations and very unique and original settings, from earrings to bracelets to necklaces. They are extremely well made with love and great technical expertise.

Very friendly and willing to help create the perfect piece of jewellery. Great value for the level of involvement and customer service while working with the owner for an engagement ring.

UPDATED REVIEW 3/13/18 I am more and more happy every time we go to Heritage Jewelers. Every time I go in with my fiancé we get a warm welcome from the friendly staff and the owner Jim. The ring we got from Jim at Hertiage Jewelers is really amazing and stands out. He gave us a amazing deal, and a excellent experience. They do not pressure you in to a sale, I was a pervious client of Kay Jelwers and will NEVER be shopping there again, nor will I be going to any mother jewelry store again. Jim has earned another lifetime client. They offer great financing options and work with you. Jim knows his clients by name witch shows the owner is actively involved with his business and cares about his clients. I would highly recommend going to check these guys out.

Has decent stuff but the experience I had at the store was completely unacceptable. Yesterday I went to the mall with my boyfriend's sisters and we were looking around grabbing things to buy and a security officer walks in and starts staring at us as we shop while we were shopping the security officer and the person who was working we're talking and laughing and pointing and staring at us we went to check out and the lady said it took you a long time and and I asked her what is that supposed to mean then she gave me and my boyfriend's sister's the dirtiest look and she proceeded to check us out then later as we were walking the mall we went to icing and the same security officer followed us into the store did the same exact thing with icing worker pointing staring laughing and as we checked out the woman gave us another dirty look and was rude and gave us an attitude. As we were leaving I heard them saying that the security officer was called over from Claire's so I knew at that point that the store thought that we were going to steal something even though we never had any storage to put the supposedly items into and I also bought $50 worth of items from each store I didn't need to buy any of those items I could have just walked out but I just believe that the experience that I got from both Claire's and icing was terrible and I intend to call the store managers and let them know of the experience that I have witnessed and been apart of while shopping at these two stores I will never shop here again because I felt so discriminated because they thought we were stealing when we spent so much money in each store when we didn't have to buy anything

these people should take an etiquette class. they look at you like a bag of money but when you don't give them the answer they're looking for they'll then look at you like you have 3 heads or they'll just keep pushing lay away. don't try and trade them in any jewelry either. they'll try and give you a wet cigarette for your jewels. i second the fact that the quality isn't all that great either. couple charms had missing gemstones and a few of them had bent pendant clasps. do yourself a favor and take your business and money elsewhere. i know i did.
