Great place to buy jewelry of any kind. Great selection and great staff.

First off they lack in customer service skills, i walked in today to pay off a crad balance and look at engagement rings. I was definitely ready to make a purchase at that depending on what was available, but as soon as i walked in to the store no one working bothered to awcknowledge me. No hello, nothing at that. They talked amongst eachother as i walked past and stood at the counter to let them know i had to pay off my card. I shrugged at first thinking they were all busy attending to no one at the store but after a minute of standing in silence in front of one of the reps i lost my cool and walked out. I just can't fathom what made the reps and managers couldn't attempt a hello we will be right with you while the store was empty!!!! What a shame.

I worked closely with Tracey Krenzer. She was extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all. She made excellent recommendations while working around my budget. She was also extremely thorough and knowledgable. I highly recommend working with her!

Very nice gift shop that offers free gift wrapping with your purchase (where can you get that kind of service nowadays). Brenda and her staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of jewelry and gift items. Wide selection of cards too.

Got my diamond wedding band fixed last year after one of the diamond's fell out. I gave them the ring and diamond in a bag. After paying them twice as much as my regular jeweler in the city i picked up my ring only to discover all the engraving on the inside of the ring was gone. They said it was puffed out while polishing the ring. And even made me pay to engrave it again. didn't even wright what had been engraved in it before. Once wearing the ring for a period of time I noticed that it would keep flipping around. I took it to my jeweler in the city and he realized they had scraped off gold from the inside of the Ring to used in fixing the top. That's why the Engraving was removed and now the ring is top heavy and keeps flipping. I am so upset and will never go back or recommend. For a small town Jeweler I am very disappointed at their customer service and lack of respect from my property. I wish I could give them zero stars. So much for shopping local.
