The staff were very lgbt friendly when my fiancee and I went in to look at engagement rings. We had awkward experiences elsewhere but the girls at Peoples were amazing and it was an enjoyable experience.

I had the best possible experience with Cornell's. I was referred to go see Michael for an engagement ring, and it was the best decision. Michael, and the rest of the Cornell's staff always greeted me as if I was the most important client they ever had; it was friendly, inviting, and genuinely sincere. If I was early, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Working with Michael was a breeze, it was natural, easy, comfortable, and FUN. I never thought I'd say buying a ring was fun, but it genuinely was. When someone else puts you first, like they did, and make my concerns and tastes their priorities, you win. Michael was aware of my budget, my style, and my story with my fiance. Needless to say, we found the perfect diamond and made the perfect ring. Along the way, Michael constantly educated me on diamonds and where I would find the best results and value. My fiance, and anybody that sees her ring remarks how it is one of the most beautiful rings, and how it just seems to shine brighter. Cornell's is a true blue chip company, that is dedicated to the seemingly lost art of a white glove treatment; before, during, and after the sale. True service is something you cannot buy, and luckily you don't have to with Cornell's. From start to finish they were all just as invested in my engagement as I was. We will return for our wedding bands, and exclusively for all of our jewelry, and I don't see that ever changing. I wish I could have the words to adequately thank Cornell's. Whether it's a new watch, or an engagement ring- the most sentimental purchase of your life, make sure you trust that experience, moment, and investment with the best. I would have to give them a 3 because they originally were very helpful. I had to get my ring resized because Kay gave me the wrong size in the first place. When I took it back to them, they told me it would be ready in a couple of weeks. A month later I called and they said "oh we're sorry we don't know what happened but your ring is here, been here waiting for you to pick it up." In my profession, when something is agreed upon, you call that person and let them know the product is ready for pick up not wait until they're wedding day or a month after scheduled date of delivery.

Make sure you ask price before having simple watch repairs done! I was charged $34 to have 3 links removed and have 2 pins replaced. Would never have had the work done at that price. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I needed to get my watch fitted last minute for a wedding I'm in and gave them a ring (call) because it was on the way to the rehearsal dinner. I asked if they could re size my watch and they said, yeah but the owner leaves in 15 minutes, can you be here? I said, shoot, no, I won't be able to make it. She said well, if you can get here in 30, he'll stay. He stayed and got me taken care of before the big day. Everyone was very friendly too.
