The staff are friendly and knowledgeable! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

I will not be shopping at Greenwood People's again! I went in to get two rings sized on the same day. I was told it would only take a couple of weeks, 6 weeks later I received a call that one had finally returned but they didn't know about the other one. I called several times and they were unable (and unwilling) to find out where exactly my ring was. When they finally got my second ring in from the sizer (more than a week after the first ring) they wanted to charge me extra because of a half size, which I was only made aware of at time of pick-up not at time of purchase. The customer service is terrible and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I love this place, so very many beautiful and affordable pieces of jewellery. Oh, and did I say unusual.

The used car salesman experience. Was told cost to have a ring resized would be "$60-80". When done, it suddenly cost $150, AND the quality of the work was shoddy, with the joint clearly visible and the lines not smooth. Felt lucky to get it back at all.

The staff at Crescent in the mall are awesome. Scott is very helpful, and knowledgeable on the products he sells and talks about. A+ service and excellent people.

I got engaged about 9 months ago. As much as I love my ring I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service. When I took it in to get sized I was told it'll be 2-3 weeks. That went by so I called , they told me it was back in but they had to send it away again because the diamonds on the band were loose. It took about 6 weeks total to get my ring back. It gets sent to Toronto to save a few bucks, which clearly shows in the quality. I had to send it back 3 weeks ago because the diamonds were loose again. Was told another 2-3 weeks. Today has been 3 weeks. I just called to check where it is and was told it'll be another 2 weeks. This is super irritating seeing a friend took hers in to another company for the same issue and got it back a day later. I will not be purchasing my wedding band from people's.
