Great products loved what I bought but I am rating the store a one star for the poor customer service.

Thid was well worth the drive. They also have a Grad 8 Graduation dresses as well as Prom dress. Good small town atmosphere.

Mario is excellent, he knows his craft, and he does not leave any details out. Great experience, amazing service, and great prices. I wouldn't suggest anyone else if you live in the downtown area!

I would like to share my pleasure dealing with Jeff at Sumner. He provides a very professional service, knowledgeable jeweller, knows his products inside and out. He was totally honest, and gave excellent accurate advice that clearly came from years of experience. I would truly highly recommend Sumner as a jewellery stop in London! He does his job from the heart, he will not leave you disappointed.

I first went the this location to ask about a custom made engagment ring for my now fiance, I spoke with a saleswoman and sent her an email for her to pass on to her goldsmith, their last email stated that they would have a quote by the end of the week, it has now been four months with no response. In that time I decided to go to another jeweler, had the ring custom made and proposed to my fiance and still haven't heard back from this location. I cant speak to their quality as I've never had the opportunity to buy any jewelery from them, but the customer service was very poor.

Fantastic! We just found our jeweller! We are new in the city and after some questionable experiences with taking our jewelry to chain stores where they take them off site and back in two weeks; we decided it was time to find a local option. We met Jason and our experience was incredible. He has a passion for his craft and that comes across in everything he does. My wife and I were happy with his quick and excellent work, his recommendations, his prices but most of all his customer service. We took a five diamond white gold ring for resizing, a bracelet with an open ring to be fixed, and wedding bands for cleaning and maintenance. I will recommend him 100%.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. My fiancé bought my engagement ring here about a year before he actually proposed to me. I was wearing it for about 2 months when one of the diamonds fell out of the band. No problem, he purchased the warranty. When we went in to get it repaired we were dealing with the same lady who sold him the ring. She told us without a certain piece of paper **(that she forgot to give him when he purchased the ring)** that she couldn't do anything and we would have to pay for the repair out of pocket. She then asked him if he had brought the ring in for its 6 month inspection. No. She never told him that he needed to do that and that it was sitting in the box anyways so nothing could have happened to it. She told him "we don't anticipate people keeping the ring for a year" and that "she couldn't help us" She didn't even attempt to do anything. So we left with my broken ring. We went to Mappins in White Oaks mall and the lady who helped us there found our information and had my ring sent out in 30 minutes. Why was it so hard at Masonville? The lady at masonville was lazy and rude! If you have to buy anything at Mappins, please go to White Oaks. So much consideration and kindness from the workers there! I will never go to this place again!

Was greeted by Ator as soon as I walked in the store. Ator spent a lot of time with me helping me choose some nice pieces of jewellery. Very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Her co-worker Serena was also very friendly. You could see they work well together. Well done ladies!

Spent a lot of money here and the management would not even give me the time of day. She was extremely rude and just didn’t care. I even called head office to complain about her cause she was so rude. I’m sorry but if you are dealing with higher class jewelry you should give your clients the time of day.. but she did not. Nothing but rude.
