Jewellery

I was so excited to order from House of Moda but after my experience I would never again. I payed for shipping (express) and it took a longer time then payed for I'm pretty sure. When I received my piece of jewelry I was so excited but then a week later after a couple of wears it broke. I contacted the owner and she asked for me to send it back and I didn't want to spend more money on shipping because i already had payed for express the first time, so it was sent through mail. Unfortunately it got lost I suspect because they never received it. I don't think customer service is very important to the owner at all. I spent 170$ roughly for a quality piece of jewelry that broke with in a week and she seems not willing to compensate for anything. It's niether or our faults about mail getting lost, but the jewelry is clearly not quality. Bad customer service is a huge turn off. Very unfortunate.

Such helpful staff, love the watches. Very happy with my experience.

We had a great experience dealing with Sam Legere; explained the entire process and received value for our gold. Thank you

Very professional. They did a beautiful custom job on a signet ring for me.

Got my fiancées engagement ring made here. Customized the ring and built it around a family heirloom stone. Ring turned out amazing however I ordered the wrong size. They resized it and made adjustments. They have been so pleasant and easy to deal with. Both people we have dealt with have been friendly and professional. We did get an appraisal there too. They don't do it in house, but contract someone to come in and perform the appraisal. Great spot. We will be using them in the future.

Had my engagement ring resized here and it was done perfectly!

Got my stuck ring cut here. Good service

Typical pawn shop. Overpriced junk. Rude employees. How dirty old stores like this scrape by I have no idea. Il stick to kijiji.

Cheep. I like it!

Great place for women's work clothes👌The customer service was amazing! Staff calls you by your name and give actual advice. My girl had a great time here👍🏼

Beautiful craftsmanship and excellent quality in all the work that I have bought and seen from her. Highly recommend "Sea Glass Designs". she is very willing to work with you on custom pieces as well.

Exceptional Service. The owner is quick and trustworthy. I've taken many watches in and I have always received exactly what I needed (and nothing more) for a fair price.

Ahhh, jewellery! Love the selection at this store, and the staff are always helpful. Some of my all-time favourite pieces came from here. There is a nice price range, as well, from everyday stuff to special-occasion.

Original sales clerk not helpful. Manager was very congenial and helpful at subsequent visits. Need sales staff with friendly personalities.

I was in there a few months back and I too, was made to feel like I was bothering the clerk. The window display mentioned a sale and when I asked the clerk, she didn't seem to be aware and said it must've just been the ones in the window. I felt like she was just basically trying to get rid of me and losing a sale in the process.
