We were very pleased with the service - friendly, reasonably priced, and ready when promised. The 3 repairs we took to them were completed within an hour so we didn't have to drive across the city a 2nd time.

Compared to most of the other pawn shops in London, B/Back is like an Apple Store. I've been in some nasty pawn shops, this place is clean and professional with high quality products.

Would not recommend this store. Very rude and ignorate employee that works there, she likes to try and get with everyone's boyfriend's or husband's when they come in.

This store has FANTASTIC staff. Super accommodating, friendly and helpful. They fixed an issue that I had at the Masonville location with efficiency. And they weren't troubled with helping no matter how long it took. They also helped my fiancé pick out his wedding ring but since our wedding isn't until next summer they promised to give us a call whenever there were sales going on. Since then they've called twice keeping their promise and I am so impressed. I really appreciate all the work they've done to gain me as a customer! Please go here!

Even though I was young and didn't look like I was going to buy they still treated me like a person and I had a great experince there. I don't know why it has such a bad rating. It was personally better than Pandora, Michell Hill, and Peoples.I got a beautiful rind at a great price. I also love that they have a reliable 3 year warenty on their jewlery. The assistant was very nice. She guided and gave me really good advice. Overall amazing!

Buyer beware. While it might be licensed to sell Swarovski products as a distributor, this is not a licensed Swarovski boutique and there is a huge difference. You are unable to participate in the customer rewards program, and as such, there is no tracking of your purchase and the customer service is beyond abysmal. They do not have adequate stock levels so if you have been sold a faulty product (i.e. a bracelet with a faulty clasp that you failed to notice wasn't fully closing in-store because it was a gift) and simply want to exchange it for a new one, you will get a runaround explanation of how the product has to be sent back to Swarovski before a new one can be ordered and the wait will be 4-6 weeks. While you could easily order a replacement yourself from the actual Swarovski site and have the exact in-stock product delivered to your home within 4-6 business days, this store's no refund policy ensures they can sell you broken merchandise and leave you hanging as you quite literally have no other option. Will NEVER shop here again.

I bought 5 digit worth jewelries in the past year, came to visit for jewelry cleaning, and was told by Pearl "you got fat”. It's not okay to call someone fat, whether you're a customer or not. Never coming back! I regretted buying jewelry there.

Got my rings sized a few months ago and will definitely be back in future. Sizing was done for a reasonable price and in less time than originally quoted. Fantastic service and very satisfied. Only issue can be opens hours but the level of service and quality is worth trying to fit their hours into my schedule.

Was gifted a ring from the Belleville location that needed to be resized. I was given a quote on price with the timeline being 2-3 days. I approved the sizing on Thursday Sept 21 and received a phone call on Monday Sept 25 asking if I wanted to send it for resizing. I stated that I had already approved the resizing of the ring, but no one had sent it out. I confirmed once again that I approve the resizing. I was again told it would be 2-3 days. An entire week passed and I didn't hear anything about it, so I took the time to call. I was told that they had run into an issue and the place that does their resizing couldn't size it down. They were attempting to contact the company to see if they could provide the ring in my size. Another week passed and I hadn't heard from them, so I called again. They said they still weren't sure whether the company would send a ring, or if they were going to send the ring away to a different company to be resized. Ultimately, it took 24 days for my ring to be resized. I was made to pay the maximum quoted price for the resize. And not once did I ever receive a phone call from them. Now, I have the ring and it's very pretty, but the gold is scratched, the colouring is uneven, and it's slightly bent. Very unsatisfactory experience.
