Great service

Older bunch of staff that don’t know what good customer service is. Very rude even after I purchased a ring. Will not be back. Lesley who I felt with short hair older lady very very rude

I just feel that I need to give a shout out to a couple people who have been extremely helpful at this location. Whitney and Patrick have all gone above and beyond at various times. My engagement ring and wedding bands were all purchased here. Whitney was very helpful in deciding on our ring selection. She helped up make decisions one what would match, and always offered to clean my ring if she saw me walking through the mall. Patrick was very informative when it came to getting my wedding band sized to my engagement ring ( it is jacket style which made the fitting a little tricky). He took time to make very specific notes for the jeweller when it was sent away. It took a little longer than usual to get my ring back. When it was getting a little close to my wedding date, he went above and beyond by contacting the jeweller to insure it would be back in time. When the ring came back the jacket fit better than I would have thought. I am very impressed with the service these two have offered and I would highly recommend them when making purchases at this store.

It is a beautiful store all the people that work there are very kind and jenarise

Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Snobbish, rude, unhelpful woman working on the counter.

Great place to shop for your wife.

Great prices, great products and excellent jewellery repair services

I recently had Grantham Jewellery repair a birthstone ring and several pairs of earrings. I was very pleased with the results! The owner, Mike, has many years experience in the jewellery business and it certainly shows in his excellent workmanship and service.

Pleasant people that go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful, talented local artists! A true treasure and gift for all!
