Very friendly staff and great customer service! They make sure you get the help your looking for. It was very disappointing to see they were limited on sizes and out of stock. The shelves were almost empty. That made it difficult to choose for Christmas shopping. I have to call in to see when they will get their shipment to come back

The ring my boyfriend got for me broke shortly after I got it so we went in there to maybe have it fixed, the lady gave me a brand new one! Was only in there 2 minutes.

I was unsure about piercing my ears again. I met with the Pagoda's manager, Brianna, is her name I believe. She is knowledgeable and very exacting in terms of placing the piercing in just the right position. She takes time and she loves her work and her clients. Brianna would be a first choice for you.

I could not be more pleased with the customer service and thoughtfulness and kindness of this jeweler! I was looking for a very difficult to find Persona bead. Persona beads only range from about $40-$70 so by no means was this a huge profit for this jeweler. This jeweler doesn't even host an online web store and yet, because I was really in want of this specific bead, I e-mailed them and asked if I could possibly purchase from them and have mailed to Manitoba. To my surprise and absolute delight, they said yes! Not only were they willing to sell to me, they mailed out super quick and offered a range of ship options based on my timeline for when I wanted/needed it delivered. I really am taken aback in the best of ways that this wonderful jeweler was willing to help me out especially when it isn't like they were making much of a profit from the transaction. It is clear that customer service is their #1 priority. Wish I lived closer so I could get all my jewellery from them. Thank you again Bakelaar Jewellers (Exeter store)!! Very much appreciated.

I bought a beautiful JK angel in the Harrison Hospital Gift Shop for my mother. I named her Olivia. I am inquiring as to whether the gift shop will display and sell them again. These angels are so lovely!

Staff was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. When I couldn't find it, staff called another winners store to have them put my item aside. This all happened 5 minutes to close which shows their dedication to helping their clients. Other stores want to send you out while their staff was friendly and helpful.
