Jewellery

Extremely high quality jewellery and customer service that is above and beyond. So rare to find, especially for this industry. I am recommending Rick to everyone needing anything jewellery related! Thanks Rick!!:)

I recently visited Zak at Zak's Jeweller's to have my engagement ring/band cleaned and reset with a new centre diamond. The ring was passed down to me by my grandmother and therefore, I did not trust it to be left with just anybody. I am SO happy that I brought it into Zak's Jeweller's as the customer service was beyond fantastic and the ring turned out beautiful. Thank you Zak for making such a special time in my life enjoyable and stress-free! We will definitely be back and we will definitely recommend your shop to all of our friends and family!

Nice people, and beautiful jewellery. Great sales.

Incredible selection, fantastic customer service. Always willing to meet my needs.

Stay away from this place; during a repair of 2 weeks in duration, they stole my antique 100 year old gold pieces and upon pickup they returned a fake and fraudulent replica to me--thinking that I would not notice the difference. I did notice the difference, I have a good eye and had been wearing the piece for years. It was lighter in weight, an unusually different colour, and sounded like tin, an indication the gold was nolonger the same antique heavy gold. Do not come here if you care for your valuable, sentimental jewellery!!

Found a gift for my wife and the staff were very friendly. May have picked up something for myself as well.

Love the people and their products.

Business is Closed 1 August 2025 the business closed due to retirement,.

Very friendly staff and awesome customer service. Brought a watch to get the battery replaced. When I picked it up, they refused to accept payment. Small gesture, big appreciation!

I have been coming to Rafael for over 10 years his work is beautiful, unique and is amazing quality. Rafael just made me a beautiful custom diamond ring and it is absolutely gorgeous. The diamond is so clear and beautiful. ( I expected nothing less) I recomend him to all my friends and family.

Fair prices paid

Bought my wife's weeding band and engagement ring here. I wanted a Sapphire to be the highlight of her ring, and choosing the right stone made the a slower process. Unfortunately the person I was working with moved on and I was taken care of by another employee... which slowed things down a bit more. Apparently they do not offer this type of service anymore, which I believe confused matters. Whatever the case is, they continued to be very friendly and understanding. One service that MH provides is a Ring Cleaning service I guess once a year, (I just got that phone call). That's a really nice service to offer... but I'm afraid to use it. They take the ring to the back and you can't see what they are up to. If they had a window, or if they could do that up front, I'd be more inclined to try this service out.

My pen was defective and broke in half.. even though I did not purchase a warrenty on it, they made an acception as it had only been a month of gentle use and I had my receipt. They were very sympathetic and did not question me or make me feel bad for trying to do a return that they could have refused as per their policy. I was exceptionally grateful that they did this for me this one time. The staff were additionally very friendly and professional, as well as resourceful - they even called other stores to have my favourite colour shipped to them, free of cost. I could not have had a better experience as a customer! Thank you to their team!

VANESSA was really helpful thanks..
