Pretty nice store!

My fiancé and I went to Kay’s to window shop a couple months ago. I found a ring I loved. It wasn’t set in stone that I wanted that particular ring but my boyfriend wanted to get me what I wanted. It was obviously out of our price range and the only way we could afford it is if we sold his grandmas ring he gave to me. My fiancé decided to give me both rings and I decide what I wanted to do. He asked his mom if it was okay to sell his grandmas ring. That was not an option, which is totally understandable! She wanted to keep it in the family (It was his idea) we went back to Kays to explain we had to return the ring he bought and would like to have the diamonds from his grandmas ring on a new band. They treated us like we were the worst people on the planet for returning this ring. I am happy to wear his grandmothers diamonds but this salesperson treated me like I made the worst decision. After we did all the paperwork to get the diamonds transferred to a new band, the price was ridiculous!! They want over 3000 grand! And they wanted a crazy interest rate. Needless to say we took back the wedding band and are going to a local family owned jeweler that offered a much less rate for what we need. I don’t recommend this place if customer service is important. All they care about is the $$$.

Both my husband and I got our wedding rings here. They were so helpful and were far more accommodating than any of the other jewelry stores we went to. They were able to make sure we both got something we loved, where everywhere else we went made us feel like we were compromising. Harley was the one who worked with us most, I highly recommend him! (although everyone is great)

Only friendly when you first walk in and want you to spend money. After you’re locked in the customer service is the worst! Never again will I buy from zales. They’re so rude and disrespectful, I can’t believe these people still work here.

Great selection of beach style accessories, gifts, jewelry, sunglasses, and clothing. Long time pillar in Sauble Beach and family run. Great place for affordable beach stuff.

Custom jelwery that holds value. In fact raises quite a bit! Knowledgeable staff and expert service. This is one family owned shop that knows it's high end business !!

I brought some watches in for batteries and also needed 2 links put in one. I did not have any links available so they had to find me some. Not only did they find me links to match the band, but did an amazing job. I am now able to wear a watch that would otherwise could not for a decade :) I hands down recommend them over other places I have gone to in the past!
