Unfortunately I had quality issues with a ring I purchased from Poags; it happens. Jim and his team worked with their supplier to quickly present me with several great solutions to the problem and we had a fix by the end of the day. A bad situation turned into a pleasant and easy experience. I have purchased several products from Poags and the service has always been fantastic.

If I could give zero stars I would , got a brand new ring , got it sized got it back two days after getting it back a stone fell out , did a lease and neither lease company or kay jewlers will reimburse our money even if we return the merchandise

I've been to other jewellery stores in larger centres but none as friendly as this one. Also, this store has a great variety of products including some very nice gift ideas at very affordable prices. If you live in the Kingston or Belleville area, you should take a short drive to Napanee and visit this lovely little store. If nothing else, I'm sure that the staff will make you feel very welcome!

I went to Hart's to get my husband and I Wedding bands, they have great customer service and answered all questions I asked.They also have lots of different options of Jewelry to chose from and great prices. I definitely recommend them!

I did get a beautiful ring and what I thought was a decent price and employees were very helpful BUT when I got the card I was told it would be a 2 or 3% Intrest rate well they got my address wrong and after about a month and a half I finally got my first bill well the Intrest rate they said I would have and what I got was extremely different! Instead of 2-3% it was 27%! I have a very good credit score and I was lied too, I also bought another ring there before this experience and the stone fell out exactly 30 days after I bought it. They did honor a warranty for me and gave me a new one but still after 30 days there is no reason it should have fallen out or they should have lied to me about my Intrest rate. Some very nice products just be careful when purchasing ANYTHING there

I brought my ring in to get a routine cleaning and sizing and it has almost been 3 week that they have had it. They wont tell me where my ring is, and when i called to ask on the status, they did not have any of my information, stating it was a new girl the put it in. On reviewing my satus online a week later..i noticed they completely butchered my last name. We are going to visit my fiances sick grandmother who cannot come to our wedding this weekend, and i do not even have an engagement ring to show her. Very unprofessional. Very disorganized. Do not buy your jewelry from them. I want my ring back.
