Jewellery

Their windows displays always drew me in, until one day I actually did go in. I told the guy what I was looking for and he brought out a few flats or vintage brooches. I picked one I loved and gave it to my grandmere for Christmas, she loved it just as much as me. They also have some handmade jewelry. I will definitely be going back.

Bijouterie très pro.

I've dealt with Jennifer many times, she is an absolute pleasure to deal with! Service from all the ladies there is far above standard!! Will absolutely continue doing business with them!

Love this place great for gifts all year round x

Ok

Chantelle was very nice and very helpful taking time to sit with us and make sure we made the right decision and was very patient.

Casa Lena is an amazing place. Its like walking inside a treasure chest! I've been shopping there since it was in Belfountain & followed Katie when she moved the store to Georgetown. I've always been welcomed immediately & treated wonderfully. I'm sure there are two sides to the bad review listed but have trouble accepting this side knowing the owner & staff as i do. In all honesty, I can't help thinking the girl is spun to think ANY store would accept returns on earrings, and who wants to buy something that might have been put in someone else's pierced ear?? Seriously wondering where this chick's common sense disappeared to!

All the staff are wonderful here, they take time with each customer and really make you feel like family. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so for many more!!

Great staff, always very helpful.

My husband bought a necklace for me and when he tried to return it a few days later they told him they have a no return policy. He was told there are signs in the store. Also he only received the visa receipt and not a receipt stating there was a no return policy. I would never buy anything from this store again.

Very nice guy helped alot and my son is very happy with his watch

Extremely high quality jewellery and customer service that is above and beyond. So rare to find, especially for this industry. I am recommending Rick to everyone needing anything jewellery related! Thanks Rick!!:)
