I received my daith piercing here yesterday and the experience was absolutely lovely. The place is super clean and professional and Nikki was absolutely wonderful..

I had fun doing this carving I did it with somebody who I no longer associate with. I started carving with this person because I enjoy doing art and I admit we were under the influence of alcohol and drugs later on to learn that this art is very sacred and anybody under the influence of alcohol and drugs That does this kind of thing puts that bad omen into their art ,after I got clean and sober my wrist really hurt and I believe that was the creator punishing me for selling the sacred masks for money to get drugs and alcohol . I wouldn’t buy any of these carvings because he buys them off an active drug addict and I just witnessed it today.

The longer I spent browsing, the more beautiful pieces I discovered. Kathleen and Sandy are skilled jewellery designers. Such a varied selection of stones, beads, crystals and jewellery for sale. And all the supplies to make your own! Very exciting.

Nice quick place to get peircing however inexperienced people. They messed up my peircing and caused a lot of pain. They put earing on me too tight and now there is swelling and bleeding. Alaways check the tightness for them because they do not know how

I had the worst experience at the Pandora store inside Washington square today. I’ve bought many items from that store and always received very good CS until today. I realised it’s during their busy promotion period so they were very busy as I walked in. The person who helped me was their store manager. I have 10 items for a friend I’m buying for and there’s 1 item they didn’t have in the store. I was told thy can not order it for me as the store and online are separate entities (in the past when this happened CS was always able to do so for me to help to get the best promotional discount). I asked her can I just buy (pay for) all the 10 items here and have they shipped the one missing item to the store to qualify for the promotion. She proceeded to tell me no and I had to pick and choose as “ you can’t get the best of both worlds” in a very condescending tone. I was stunned. First of all, there was no need to talk to a customer like that, ever. Especially I was calm and polite. Secondly, she could have just suggested me ordering everything online if i want to fulfil the total cost for the promotion discount (but then I guess she won’t be be getting any commission that way). Anyway the whole experience made me feel uncomfortable and weird. I did not enjoy my time there and I hated the way I was treated. Pandora, please do better CS training even with your store manager as they are suppose to set an example to the other SAs in there. Needless to say, I will never ever seek for her help ever again!!

My wife and I went to this store before we got married, to look at rings. There are many jewelry stores in this area but we looked here for options. The lady that we spoke to was clearly judging us by the tone of her voice and at some point told us "we have cheaper options if you would like to look at them". We mentioned nothing about money, cost, purchase limit, etc. but she made a point to offer us cheaper options before we even found a style that we liked. My wife and I couldn't believe what I heard, and could do nothing but leave the store in shock. I will never go to Na Hoku again for jewelry because this sales person was so incredibly rude.

Thank goodness I bought the plan that allows for ring sizing and fixing the ring in general. Since I bought in Feb. of 2017. I have worn the ring MAYBE 20 times. Why, you ask? Half the time I have owned it it has been back into the store for repairs. First I let the salesman talk me into a size I knew would never fit, and it didn't. So for the first 2 months of owning it until I could get back to the store, I didn't wear it. When I got it back, wore it a few times, before noticing a diamond was missing. Back to the store. I've now had it back for a month or more, but still don't wear it often, and today while wearing it I notice ANOTHER diamond missing. If I could return this for all my money back I would. STAY AWAY! Or buy the care plan.

The women who work in this store are so kind and helpful!

The manager and assistant managers are rude and liers. The manager seems like she has a dog face because she seems she wants to bark at you once you enter her store and bite your face off. She seems very scary and mean looking. She acts like she owns the store and does not want anyone to enter. Chill dog face their's other clair's in the country no need to come here and put up with your UGLY attitude!

Ed is great at fixing jewelry. He also carries beads and beading supplies. I've enjoyed working with him on making some great pieces. He is good at listening to what you want then delivering a piece that is even better than you imagined.

in August 2017 me and my husband ordered a ring that was going to be shipped from a different store location. It is now November and we STILL have not received my ring. My husband has called them and all he gets is the runaround. So we paid for a dam ring we never received! time to file a complaint.

My girlfriend and I walked into Kassab expecting to look around for a bit and see what they had. Michael Milner casually greeted us and established himself as our advocate immediately. I have never met a jewellery salesman that I actually liked and felt like I could trust until I left Kassab. Michael felt more like a family friend who happened to be an extremely knowledgeable jeweler and who was trying to help us get the best possible diamond and placement that he could for our budget. Although I had no intentions of buying an engagement ring that day, because of Michaels sincerity and effort, we walked out of Kassab having purchased one and we couldn't be happier!!! I will absolutely recommend Michael any chance I get!
