I buy all my jewlery gifts at Bluestone, including tahoe charm necklaces for both my daughters on their high school graduations and my wife on our 30th wedding anniversary, and Tahoe shaped earings for birhtdays. I've bought the sun and snow necklaces pendants and earings, and most recently a pearl diamond bezel pendant. Bluetone resized my class ring. This family run jewlery store has unique an memorable items that retain their dollar value, but more impartantly help me commemorate events and celebrate the women in my life. The service is amazing.

I know they are under construction, but C'MON. The employees attitudes need an overhaul here. They are curt, grumpy, and obnoxious. Especially the guys. And when I tried to talk to management about it, the manager that I spoke with (also a guy) was a total dick. He actually tried to argue with me about signage in his store, like it was my issue that his system or his employees had mislabeled a price and I requested the price posted, not the price he "knew". There are three cashiers that totally deserve props for having to deal with these tools all day, and I really like the new produce guy. He's educated on his product, and will get you what you need if you request it. Other than that, this store blows.

Unfortunately ALEX helped us. After trying numerous wedding rings after picking/paying what WE wanted, FRED MEYERS took 2 weeks to get us what we ordered so we had to wait that long. Stupid Alex ordered a size 14 not 14 1/2 so he doesn't listen very well. Upon picking up the wedding ring 2 weeks later and being excited, it would not fit! Had to wait 5 more days. To top it off he claimed he put the 450 points on my fred meyers card and they weren't on there so he lied to me as well cuz i asked 2x during transaction! Anyways... go somewhere else... wasn't a pleasant experience. Jewellers should listen cuz wedding rings are a big deal.

I had a custom ring made with them. They were super helpful and did not pressure me to do add things I did not want. They were able to help me design my ring and had helpful advise. I would recommend going and getting custom ring done there.

I love MiaDonna's jewelry, customer service, and mission! My fiancee and I bought my engagement ring and wedding band this last year and worked with Linley both times. We came into the store and had an idea of what we wanted for the engagement ring (turned out to be custom design!), and Linley helped guide us through the process and worked with us to get the unique sapphire and design we were after. I definitely recommend MiaDonna to everyone, and it's nice to know that my purchase is ethical and eco-friendly!
