Really nice people and jewellery. Worth every cent!!

He will keep your goods if you are not careful. He refused to provide me with a receipt for items I left with him. From my perspective, he stole 12 small diamonds and my fathers wedding ring. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am considering further action. Beware!

I went to Kay Jewlers in Redlands for warranty work on my wedding ring bought in 1980. It has a life time warranty on the setting that they are to repair or replace if the setting fails. I was treated as if I was trying to defraud them. There was three employees there who kept saying that they can not repair it because Kay was bought out by Sterling Jewlery. They kept calling people. Lousy customer service! I ended up walking out with my broken ring, worthless lifetime guarantee paperwork and a profound dislike for Kay Jewlers. You do not treat a past customer like they are trying to defraud you! Shame on Kay Jewlers Redlands!

We only shop at the Jared's in hillsboro. The manager David is the best. He has always been honest and never pushy about sales.

More space to move around with a buggy is nice. They've updated and not so crowed anymore :)

I went to find out about having an heirloom 5 (separate stones) carat diamond ring re-purposed to give to my sons. I am not a fancy person and came in jeans and a sweater and although I have lots of money they took one quick glance at me and ignored me for 20 minutes as they were having someone fix their cash terminal. When the rude lady finally acknowledged my presence she said doubtfully. ..well just bring it in. Hey people we don't always look like potential rich clients and your arrogant approach has turned my business elsewhere. Don't judge a book by its cover. Terrible customer service! Unless you look rich which is obviously their preference.

Love this store. So affordable and always have a coupon or sale. The ladies who work there are so very nice and helpful and patient especially when I have no choice but to bring my kids. God bless them. I shop online too but most times i like to go in person to see stuff. Super cute stuff for all kind of occasions. They also make returns easy in case you need to either from an online order or in store. Check them out if you can!

I had an absolutely AWESOME experience with the "Gold Silver Guy"! He was so professional but also personable and fixed my dad's watch for him in no time at all! It was two days before my wedding and I was pressed for time and he fit me in and took such good care of us. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could :)

I brought in a black opal I had purchased in New Zealand years ago to set into a ring. After seeing another jeweler who didn't look twice at the stone, Brad immediately recognized the beauty and value of the opal, and appraised it on the spot for me. I found Brad very pleasant to work with, accommodating, and he took the time to explain what kind of setting would work best, while making sure I was happy with the end result. My experience was very positive, Brad is a skilled jeweler and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for custom work!

Best store for Vintage ... Formal..Everyday stuff..shoes..boots..hats..jewelry ...got a costume party to go to, this is the place to go to find those unique pieces...My favorite store !!!
