I bought a ring from a different place and the ring was too big. I told Amy Ramirez that I needed the ring two sizes smaller and I needed it back fast. Not only did she get it done fast, she went out of her way to ensure that I was able to have it before my girlfriend left for the weekend. Best experience at zales this far.
