I took my daughter to get her ear's pierced. When she sat my child down to do it, I take out my camera to film this 'first' in her life. The girl proceeds to tell me that I am not allowed to film because another girl who filmed it before, uploaded it. Then apparently a person who saw it started "like...coming around and like....stalking me" She told me I am only allowed to take pictures. I said ok. However a quick google search will tell you there is nothing in their policies that state you cannot tape. So obviously I filmed it regardless. She also told my daughter about her own piercings. She said her nose piercing "hurt so bad I was about to sock the guy". Um, why does my five year old need to know that? And then the icing on the cake was her assuring my daughter that if she sat down and got the earrings like a big girl she can get a prize. I assumed it was something she was going to give, like a cheap .25 toy. No, she was referring to the stuffed animals they sell. She told my daughter to pick one out and then as my kid was picking out her favorite, the girl turned to me to inform me it would be $5. She was the only worker and was extremely unprofessional.

I came to this mall just visiting from Toronto. The sales associate was so sweet and kind. She learned the names of both me and my boyfriend and she tried really hard to help me find an outfit to wear for a convention for work. We were super successful! The clothes are all super cute and the prices are really good too :)

Worst customer service! Don’t shop at this store. They don’t want your business.

My family bought some jewelry from there for gifting and graduation, etc. The store staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The pricing here is better than regular stores since, it's an outlet store. We felt that selection is adequate. I recommend that you buy protection plan as it comes with free maintenance and includes twice a year cleaning plus Zales would reapir, if something breaks or comes apart. This mall is busy and opening hours of the store is not much busy compare to in the middle of the day.

I lost faith in Kays years ago (long story) but since I've had the manager Tara's help I have completely renewed how I feel about them! She has now helped me and my family with multiple purchases and a semi custom ring. Will defiently be returning.

I recommend going to AC Jewellers instead.

Except for the fact that they keep changing everything are it is fine. The staff are friendly & helpful. One night the cashier made sure someone walked me out to my car, I guess there were some security issues. But I would not have know if she hadn't mentioned it.

I went in for an exchange but left with a full refund because the lady helping us was so rude.

- very friendly staff - can custom order/fit/make pieces, so the jewelry fits perfectly - I purchased a pink sapphire and ice tiara floater piece set in white gold for my navel, the piece screws internally to close and they fit you in the store so it's virtually impossible to accidentally lose - they have a lifetime replacement policy, so if you lose a gem from the setting they'll replace it for you
