I recently got engaged and my fiance bought my ring from this store. The ring he purchased was a size that was to big for my finger, but the sales rep who sold him the ring told him that it will be fine and it will be better to size it down with me there. Specifically she told him even though I have a 4 and a half ring size that the ring she sold him a 6 and a half would be able to be sized down to my ring size. Me and my fiance came to the Kay Jewelers at Cabazon because it was closer to our house and the sales rep told us the ring he was sold cant be sized down to my finger because its to far down to size it without the ring getting damaged and messed up. So I have to get a whole new ring now. This could have been avoided if the sales rep at this store did her job correctly. Ive never been more dissatisfied with the quality of service from employees. I would never recommend anyone to come to this location.

Really went above and beyond! I was strapped for time, looking for someone who does black rhodium plating to replace the ceramic plating on my rings. They were so courteous, fast and produced amazing work! They went out of their way to make sure that i am satisfied with their work. I couldn't stop staring at my rings after they gave them back to me. My rings were even more shiny and beautiful then when I first got them! I honestly don't understand the negative reviews, these guys are absolutely awesome. 12/10 would do business with them agajn.

Because of my medicine, my hands are too shaky to change my watch battery. I can always count on the jewelry employees here to help me out, and with speedy service.

Holiday jewelry is the best jewelry store in klamath. I've had nothing but good service with them and felt no pressure to buy. I Feel like they have a great staff that's all very knowledgeable and very friendly.

I'm in highschool and have bought two things here. A ring as a Christmas present for my mom, and a watch for myself. Each time it was a pleasure being in the store and I was helped as soon as I walked in. The manager even recognized me and my sister after an entire year. Friendly people.

I live an hour away and sent my husband to return something for me since his office is only 20min away from the outlets. The purse was brand new, it still had tags, I gave him my receipt, card and everything he could need to make the return. Plus majority of the purchase was paid in cash. They said that I had to go in or else they couldn't take the return. Are you serious? That's ridiculous!

I got my engagement ring here, no issues.. I come back in to get it sized and experienced the WORST customer service. First off, the guy helping me was super rude. I was looking at another band to add to my set, and he goes “um you should get a band that exactly matches your other band, but I guess whatever you want to look at” and reluctantly opened the case. He then went on to talk about how this was his “least favorite part of the job” which was watching brides to be pick what he thought would be an ugly ring stack. Then, my fiancé starts trying on bands, and he goes “oh wow, you have really small hands for a guy!” And what put me over the EDGE is that my fiancé tried on a band with diamonds on it, and goes “oh that’s too flashy for me, I’ll let her have the flashiness”. And the guy goes “oh don’t worry about upstaging her ring, her ring isn’t flashy at ALL”. My jaw dropped. I have NEVER experienced service like that. I was so stunned that I didn’t even ask to see a manager, I just left. I’m picking up my ring in a few weeks, and I am most definitely reporting him when I go up there. Not happy!!

The staff at the Woodburn outlet store were very disorganized. After several months of my wife and I dealing with them for our wedding rings, my ring arrived and was two sizes too big. No size was even written on the order form. My wife's ring took much longer than we were told, and when we came to the store to pick up our rings, the staff had no idea where the rings were. When we left the store with our rings, we were told that we were paid in full. Two days later, they called us and said we owed them another $1055. I will never buy jewelry from Kay Jewelers again.
