I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so friendly. I think it would help the associates if they updated to a new POS system. They are using one that's very outdated.

My few experiences here have been pretty mediocre. If you want a wonderful shopping experience, I’d recommend the Piercing Pagoda in the Outlet Collection. The staff is beyond helpful and nice at that location.

From two good experiences at Bainbridge Diamonds and Jewelry, I can recommend them as trustworthy and for quality merchandise.

I had some questions about my grandmother's jewelry and asked Connie to have a look. She immediately took a great amount of time to go through quite a tangled mess with me. We found a few things that might be of interest to a vintage collector but nothing of great value. Connie is definitely a "Jewel" for Bainbridge Island.

I have gone to Joseph Jewelry twice for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Both of my items were custom and I am extremely pleased with both rings. We went with Joseph Jewelry after I have gotten several quotes from other jewelers and found that Joseph's quality is just as good if not better at a much more reasonable price! Their whole staff has amazing customer service and respond to messages promptly. The thing my SO and I loved about Joseph's is the no pressure attitude and patience. We aren't a couple that frequently spends a lot on luxury items so were a little intimidated after going to other jewelers who followed us everywhere in the store and talked us up on pieces, pretty much just worried about the sales. Joseph's made us feel comfortable, they worked within our budget, gave great advice on design and made sure we understood the entire process before committing to anything.
