They’re service sucks they promised me my rings would be ready on 1/02/18 but they had to extend it another week due to Christmas we still have not received them 3 and a half weeks total. Also you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for your repairs to get done.

I ordered a beautiful ring from here and immediately paid for resizing so I didn't take it home for two weeks (about 3 weeks ago). When I went to pick it up the jewels were black, not blue. It looked chipped in multiple places and I honestly feel I wasted my money. I will never buy jewelry from them again and I am a credit card holder. They are very careless. But the customer service I received when I picked up my ring was brilliant so I am giving her the two stars. Although I don't remember her name.

Today I had to get my ring cleaned and checked out. I called ahead because I misplaced my paperwork and was told that was okay they could look it up on line. But when I got there this older women just said no I had to have my paperwork and wouldn't even let me explain. She was so rude and made me feel so unwelcomed but she did had another young lady clean my ring . and check it out. The young lady that was ordered to help me was very nice and I like to thank her. Her name is Sandra and she said she was sorry for the way I was treated by the other lady.

They screw people over i go into the store and i understand i have an 8 day grace period so i ask the employee i know i may be late will i recieve any late fees or anything this has occured 3 times now qnd each time i get this answer and i quote "no your fine you paid in time" but they dont tell you it takes a couple of days to process the payment for themselves even tho the money is taking out of your account immediately and u are giving a receipt with your new balance not knowing that they got your ass with hidden late fees unprofessional and grimy DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE I only went here to restart building my credit and it hasnt helped me out in any way what so ever on my credit complete rip offs and fake over priced merchandise dont be fooled people

Worst jewelry store ever. Placed order for custom ring, but never heard back from them. Went in to inquire about it to find out they never placed the order. This added some stress to my wedding which was 2 weeks away. Staff was unapologetic. Avoid all Fred Meyer stores.

my necklace clasp needed replacing , first place i went too , tld me would take until next week to repair , Sonny is the man for real , in the time i walked back out side , told my friend it was being fixed on the spot at sonny's , walked over to quality foods and bought a drink , then right back to the shop , it was done , awesome service , highly reccomend
