Good place for piercing and all the girly stuff. My 8 month old kid looks so cute with those ear rings .

They closed this location and moved into the Ben Bridge in the same mall (near the kids play area). I tried editing the listing but Google is ignoring me. The staff at Ben Bridge was helpful. The manager told me I was $5 away from qualifying for a $50 discount. She found a jewelry wipe for the right amount and gave me the discount.

I ordered a necklace in a custom size from this store. When it arrived in the mail, it was the wrong length. Frustrated and without the time or desire to deal with it, I set it aside. Tiffany's sent me a survey and I filled it out honestly, stating some disappointment with my first experience at Tiffany's being just average. Anne, the store manager, called me right away and offered beyond exceptional service to make the situation right. I can't wait for my new necklace to arrive and after dealing with Anne I have all the confidence in the world it will be perfect! From average to out of this world - those are the kinds of experiences other shoppers should be made aware of.

The staff are amazingly helpful and worked thoughtfully to help us realize our goal. We created a meaningful gift for our daughter and their staff helped it to happen. Thanks again for your efforts,

I had the absolute best experience buying an engagement ring here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and really excited about the older rings they had to offer. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.

You retards just lost a customer today because of your stupidity! I went to this store today to buy my first Rolex (a Submariner Date 116610LN) and had a horrific experience that completely scared me away. Being new to Seattle and unable to find parking in the area, I parked my car (a white Audi A5) for a minute in a loading zone near the store and got out to check if the store was open or not so that I could find parking in a garage if it was open. And while doing so, I decided to take a picture of the Rolex sign on the store front to send to my Dad (who's a big fan of Rolex watches) to tell him I was about to buy one. And what happened after that was completely unbelievable! These scumbags decided to call the cops on me, and a police officer (who probably worked for them) came to my car, took a picture of my plates, and started interrogating me as if I was someone who was about to commit a crime. All because I took a picture of the Rolex sign on the store front! If my experience was like this without entering the store, I can only imagine what it would've been like if I had gone inside. So glad I didn't give these retards my business!

The staff at Ben Bridges was knowledgeable and friendly. I had to have my watch shipped from another store, because the Anchorage store did not have the model I wanted. The watch arrived on my doorstep the next day. Flawless transaction

Received the (gorgeous!) owl/mother of pearl hanging plugs from my husband for our anniversary this year. They are like nothing I'd ever seen in shops before and I get compliments on them all the time. Love this brand!

February 11, 2018 5:30pm, longest service ever. Two girls working and waited 30 minutes to be addressed. If I didn’t know what I wanted I would Understand the wait but when I called and walked in I wanted Seattle Specific charm they could have just rang me up after they rang someone who made a purchase.

Went in to buy a new watch. Because they hide their prices, I could not browse without help ($200.00? $1200?). Gave it ten minutes, hoping somebody would at least acknowledge me. Never happened. Not even a "be with you in a minute". I won't buy online, so it was a 45 minute drive to the mall.

I had a 20th Anniversary Ring created by Chelsea. She did a great job. I was very impressed that its was all done without me even entering the store. The remote design page makes the process from start to finish seamless. Kudos for all involved.

Hermès scarves. If you have one you know what I mean. If you don’t you will. Careful though, because they are addicting. And it’s an expensive addiction. If you go there and don’t get the service that you need, just go back dressed up and you will. Don’t take it personally that the staff don’t understand customer service, and are ridiculously snobby. Think of this; in France it used to be that you had to pay to go into a retail establishment. Once you were granted entry you were required to buy something. One could not “browse”. One had to have a certain stature to be able to enter a store. That’s the history that the culturally inappropriate snobbery comes from in Hermès stores. So laugh it off, and enjoy your Hermès scarf once you get it.

Wonderful experience and will be back in the future for anything else jewelry related. Keep up the good work!
