The first thing I do when I get out of bed is slip on my new custom ring. I love it! My sister and I spent a morning at Kellers: buying new rings, leaving damaged items for repair, designing a new custom ring from famiy treasures, cleaning of other rings and jewels and of course optimizing the buy back option that is offered. Diamonds are a girls best friend, and it is comforting to know that I have a trusted best friend in Kellers for years to come. Great service, warm inviting boutique Kellers is the place you will have trusted impeccable quality service and gems for a life time. I recommend you don't let them run your credit. I was pushed into it and regret it. I liked a ring and had cash for it, but never did I get it. I was bamboozled by what I thought was really the best deal. Then I returned the ring, but was charged over $200 for it to be sized by 1 [6-7]measurment. Then I told my dad and he was like that's absurd so we went back and they dropped it to $120. Shady business, but as are all jewelry sales stores. They also said there would be no interest another lie it's 30% APR. And super hidden fees. Just take a look at this scandal. To owner I never asked for the wedding band to be customized, so your employee took that upon herself. Just ask Google what a fair price is for sizing a ring from a six to a seven and you'll soon know your prices are absurd. I did not get a deal on any jewelry owner. The cookies on the counter were the best thing you had to offer.

They made a special exception for me to get my diamonds replaced even though I was a month late to bring it in for inspection! Their kindness probably saved me at least $100! I could not be happier with the service I received!

Lovely store. Would definitely go there again. The cashier was so friendly that I could talk about anything, and she was willing to say something (not like most cashiers) .

We had 2 rings on layaway, getting married 6 months later. We were late on a payment in December, so they pulled the rings and sold one. We weren't informed of this until we paid off the rings 2 months later. The ring was worth 250, sale price 120. Well now the sale is over. Instead of offering another ring of equal value, we were offered a refund. I hope everyone knows how jaded and unprofessional these people are. I'll never shop there again and will happily steer friends and family away. You don't mess with someone's wedding, and customer satisfaction should come first. Just my 50 cents. Look elsewhere first!

Honest and nicest employees! Love this store, they have the cutest accessories. While shopping I left a bag in their store at the check stand. Not only did they put it away and keep it safe, they went out of their way to find out it was mine and called me. Every thing was still in the bag, how often can you say that!

Usually I'm quite happy when I come in here and I always end up buying something.... but after walking around in here for about 20 minutes and not even being acknowledged and when I walked in one person was looking a diamond under the microscope and the gentleman that was working was intermittently helping another couple .... I'm annoyed and very disappointed that not one person greeted or even cared that I was walking around
