I had a wonderful experience at your Northgate store today. I stopped by to get a watch battery and small adjustment to a necklace. The sales associate, Elizabeth, was great. She was so attentive to my minor requests, that I decided to make a major purchase. Its nice to know the Ben Bridge name is still with us, and a lady Bridge at the helm!

This Helzberg's store has been our gp-to place for gifts, birthday, Christmas, anniversary, etc. The crew is really knowledgeable and friendly. The manager Anna knows our names and has been known to step in with an additional $100 discount. the store sends coupons for free gifts to my wife for her birthday and other occasions, which provide nice gifts for her family members. We make major purchases with no interest for six or twelve months. We're grateful to the staff and to this Helzberg diamonds store for many special, cherished gifts.

Good Afternoon, I wanted to let your office know about an experience I had with your stores. I had fell in love with a dress at the Seattle location but needed a small and they only had x-small. The associate called the Lynnwood store and they had a small! They usually only do 24 hour holds but she assured me that we could do a 3 day hold since I was going out of town, even though I offered to pay for it right away. 3 days later my boyfriend was going to pick up the dress for me so I called to make sure it was ready to go when he got there. The lady I spoke with apologized and told me that the staff must have not communicated it was a 3 day hold and put it back on the floor and it had sold. I was very disappointed and looked online trying to find that dress but had no luck. Melissa, the store manager, called me back that day! She apologized and said they had been calling all the stores looking for one and they had my size in Spokane! She had it shipped to the Lynnwood location and called me to let me know it was steamed and ready for me! Such great customer service, I did not expect it AT ALL. I love Francesca's and have been shopping here for years, just another reason to add to why I love this store. Amanda

Terrible company on its last legs. I wish I never would have done business with this company. Long story short I bought my wife's engagement ring here in 2008, and was up sold the lifetime warranty with the catch that it needs to be inspected every 3 months. This was at the Bellevue location. I was assured they would not be going out of business anytime in the future. SURPRISE!! Store is closed!! Awesome! Now we get to kill an entire day off in traffic 4X a year driving up to lynwood, what a major inconvenience considering we live 2 minutes from bell Sq and we never go up north. I will *NEVER* do business with this company again, I regret not going with Shane Co. They are highly recommended.

Rude sales person. Was walking around the mall with my daughter who of course is curious and grabbed a purse. The older lady goes "can I help you sir" with a condescending tone. So we left.

Been in here about three times and no one ever greets you or offers to help you. Luckily the staff isn’t too hard to find to ask for help because they’re always standing behind the register. I came in recently looking for a top and they didn’t bother to show me where it might be, just gestured vaguely to the sections it could be in. Terrible service. I give it three stars because it’s clean and pretty well organized plus I love the clothing and the prices.

This store needs a new manager

Save your money and buy somewhere else. I custom made a family ring for my mom for Christmas. 3 months later a stone fell out, when my mom took it in to another jewelry store they told her that all of the prongs weren't holding the stones properly and they will have to fix the whole ring. They showed my mom up close all the flaws with the ring. Now I know why the sales lady was trying to convince me to get insurance for the ring. I am very disappointed and will ever buy from here again. I'd rather spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

As a poor college student, this place was the best place to get groceries at a discount. You can pretty much find anything here.

The ladies are HORRIBLE at communicating!! i took my ring back and got my money back. NEVER WILL RECCOMEND THEM.
