Worst customer service

At one time I enjoyed shopping there, but the last couple of times I have visited that store one of the employees their have made my sister and I feel very uncomfortable. She looks at us like we are going to take merchandise and run out of the store with it .I can't even shop because she is following us all around the store and always gives us dirty looks. The last time I purchased items this employee rang me up and I gave her a coupon I had received , she looked at me like she was pissed and told me your using this coupon and this is all your buying ? I got so angry I had about 6 items I was purchasing and she had the nerve to tell me that. I went in that store again today with my sister cause she wanted to buy some earings , I was hoping this person wouldn't be there but as soon as I open the door i see her , their is a good handful of people in this store and once again this horrible girl is following me and my sister , we couldn't even look cause we felt so unwanted there. I tried being nice and smile at her and she isn't having it she looks at me and rolls her eyes. I have know idea what her problem is and why she would treat paying customers like this. I also think she might be the manager , Charming Charlie's needs to rethink their choice in management , because she's very unfriendly . Also their were several things I wanted to buy but put them back because I needed to get out of there, so they lost money that I would have spent.

Wished I could give it zero star. Store uses classic bait and switch tactics that is illegal under FTC ruling. I will be reporting them after this review. Item my daughter bought was on clearance, tag priced at $5.95 but rang up $15.00. Cashier said someone made a mistake making it down and said she will ask the manager to find out if we can buy it at the tag price and not what it rang up. Greedy manager said no. Do not shop at this store. They use shameful tactics. The price on the necklace was NOT the ONLY item marked "wrong". I found a pair of leggings for $2.95 but it rang up $12.95. It seems someone is purposely "forgetting" the 1 in front if a lot of items and not a one time mistake. They are banking on you just going ahead and pay the extra $10.00 "mistake". I think Target settled for 15 million for having the item priced in the wrong aisle and bank on the customer not checking. Watch out. They seem nice and friendly but something dark and ugly lurks underneath. Taking $10.00 from a teenager babysitting money is absolutely unthinkable in my book. Shame on you.

We LOVE the Temecula location! The entire staff is awesome! Always helpful and never too pushy when they see us. My husband and I have been customers since 2013, We have bought wedding rings, our girls first diamond earrings, watches, etc. & have never been unsatisfied after our purchases. We will continue to shop there for all our jewelry needs. Ps.. Thanks Bianca!! for the FREE TWO NIGHT stay in Vegas! (:

Very helpful crew and always polite

Clean, well kept store. The employees here are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. Pricing is the same as online (except, online they have an outlet/discount section.) Seeing everything in person is really different than just looking at it on a computer monitor. Getting to feel the soft leathers, and seeing the brilliant gleam of the crystals in person is something special. Even if you're not in the market to make an actual purchase, a stop into a Swarovski store is well worth a little time. The goods are all really beautiful, some even breathtaking.

Pauline and Erica were Amazing:) The whole staff is very friendly and are always available for when you have questions. Definitely coming back :) ... btw I bought 3 beautiful pieces from jared recently. I live that they weren’t trying to get me to add more items on. They were just let me make up my mind with out the extra influence.
