Sold me a 11k ring 24 days ago, during the purchase the store manager swore up and down if something doesn't go through I can return the ring for a full refund he said " we are really good about that here" Well today I call him and let him know the bad news. He told me he can not return ring (which has never been worn) I'll be calling corp first thing in am and let them.
