AWFUL!!! Stay away. Go anywhere... anywhere but here!!! Buy your items at Wal Mart, better quality, service, and customer care! Took my BRAND NEW never worn watch in for battery. They took back off, but screwed it on wrong. Said they had to send out, would be a "couple of days" now a week later they have no clue where it is. They REFUSED to call and see, if they could locate it. Also, REALLY wanted a Valentine promotional item. Instead the employees had no idea, or clue what they were despite hanging banners and handouts. They had no clue where items were located in the cases or the store.... or, even wherever they sent my watch, I am now certain, I will never see again!!!! Stay away! Employees are very dense. Only gave "one star" because there was no -negative options!!

Awesome layout, clean and organized. The employees are very helpful and attentive. And always had something on sale. May be exactly what your looking forward but something is always on sale.

WONDERFUL! I absolutely recommend this over Claire's. They were patient and very friendly! I got my first piercing there and I was a little scared so they talked me through every detail! I will DEFINITELY be going back for my second hole very soon!!

I am writing this on behalf of my sister! Customer service was rude(Tonya)they botched the repair on her necklace,when she tried to understand why they wouldn't give her back her money the lady hung up on her! Hopefully the next person will have a better experience!

Family owned great customer service with repairs and jewelry modification at reasonable prices. Wide range of inventory from scarves , bags, faux jewelry up to high end gold, gems and time pieces. The only jeweler for me in Aberdeen.

I bought a phone case there tonight that was filled with glitter and liquid for about $25 and after I drove 55 min home I realized that it had a leak and the girl did not give me a receipt (she was nice so I feel bad complaining about her don't want her to get in trouble), so now I'm hoping they will exchange it for one that doesn't leak liquid all over my daughter's expensive iPhone! Will post tomorrow to let everyone know if they let me exchange the faulty merchandise I was sold for one that is not.......

Super on point service, good products and great deals. Even though I was supposed to have little more than a few minutes of decision making the staff have much more help. Because of my inability to decide which product to buy I didn't feel embarrassed with how long I was taking. Thanks so much to Priscilla for helping.

We purchased our daughter 's Sweet 16th Birthday ring here and she is thrilled to wear it. We had looked many placed and Nelsons had what we had been searching to find with a reasonable price too. The employees are helpful and polite.
