Friendly, professional staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful, great selection of jewelry. Took the time with me to chose the right diamond for the setting. Very much appreciated the time they took to research my family ring.

My husband and I have bought our wedding rings and several items from Tom and his employees – we are always treated with great respect no pressure and he was completely fine with us taking as much time as needed to make our decision even left without a purchase several times only to come back a year later and still treated great even though we had not purchased and only "window shopped" in the past. The employees have stayed late for me to try on different pieces and I have always come in wearing dirty cowboy boots and jeans and my husband in his work clothes and never felt anything but professional courtesy and top-notch customer service. We have moved from Enumclaw and I will drive an hour to get to Tom's store for any jewelry purchases we make! This is the only store my husband and I will buy jewelry or watches from . I hope others will make sure to shop this quality store and have the same experience I always have. -Susan Kilcup

Do not use this service. This place is terrible service. Came to replace battery for my watch, I saw that sign shows "expert", after 30' came back, make a payment with the scratched watch without sorry 😐 for bad service. Not sure why Fredmeyer use this service for Fredmeyer's customers. Never come back again. Not recommend for anyone.

This company is *PHENOMENAL* in all that they do as crafters of high quality piercing jewellery and supplies! I searched high and low at local & regional shops for a particular item and lo and behold, I discover this "made in America" (actually Seattle, WA) homegrown company - a piercer's and piercee's delight! A huge bonus is that I paid $6 for priority mail shipping and am going to get my item ASAP! This is well worth the time and expense I went through searching several piercing shops in the Seattle and Tacoma area for the item I was looking for. I almost forgot my very negative experience trying to buy the item from Amazon only to get something that was not titanium! If I had found Body Circle first, I could have saved time, gas money and oodles of frustration. I highly recommend this company and hope that they can be your first find when you are looking for a piece of easy or difficult to find jewellery.

Bought a pair of earrings here as a gift. Luckily I double checked the box before giving the gift since one earring had a back/stopper and the other didn’t. Not a huge thing but still annoying.

Helzberg continues to surprise me with their outstanding quality and customer service. I bought a Zac Posen engagement ring with matching Zac Posen wedding bands to be soldered around it as one piece since it's a split shank. Went to Oregon and something had spilled on them, damaging the ring. They fixed it for free, didn't even ask for my proof of warranty. A few months later I missed my mother was in the hospital and then after she got out my father died, which obviously kept me preoccupied too much to remember about the ring (it was still in the back of my sock drawer, so it's not like I saw it to even remember in the first place), I explained to the manager why I missed my date and she said "it sounds like you have absolutely been through enough already " and kindly signed off so I could keep the warranty effective for future inspections and repairs. These people don't want just your money, they want you to be happy.

I've gone here for both my wifes engagement ring and weddin band. You will not be disappointed they do EVERYTHING in shop so there's no worry about sending your precious stones elsewhere. Always friendly and willing to answer any questions!
