Have a very very special ring. My husband bought it for me in 1987 and I have worn it for 30 years. Needed some repair so I wouldn't end up losing my diamond. Took it into the store, very friendly, nice salesperson helped me. She told me I didn't need to replace the head holding my dismond, it looked very strong, only needed gold added to the prongs to ensure my ring would be good for a long time. Price quoted was very reasonable, she cdve told me what other jewelers had said and I cdve paid much more. I appreciated the integrity and honesty I was shown. I have another very special ring I want to take into them, and I will share my experience with others. My ring looks wonderfull, like brand new. Ihad missed it so much. Samuels kept my ring fir 24 hrs and it was ready for me, I had been quoted at least a week by other jewelers. I loved their service, honesty, pricing and they very much delivered on showing what they can do with jewelry. Thank you so much☺

Great customer service! I have been dealing with Joe once a month for the past few months to make my payments. Joe is very patient, friendly, polite, and always helpful. I always enjoy my trips to this location based on the customer service alone. He will gladly answer any questions you may have on any of the jewelery, even if you are not making a purchase that day. If you find yourself at this location ask for Joe!

Dont buy from zales in montclair !!! Worst jewelry store ever bought some earrings and a gold wedding band and they sold me fake earring backs terrible place to buy jewelry i bet i was the only customer they had that day they're store is always empty they will never get any money out of me ever again.

So I take this watch to have my battery changed, the manager herself brakes my watch while trying to get the battery out, they said will fix it at no charge, went back 2 weeks later the watch does not fit my wrist, then they said oh 😯 we have to put back couple of links, they said come next week, today I go back the watch still broken, the girl said I'm sorry? There's nothing I can do, here you go bye 👋🏻 and I'm like wait so there's nothing for this? 😩then she said sorry 😐 I'm just the messenger, have a good day and they put my broken watch in a pretty bag 😏and there's nothing I can do, this was a gift 🎁 so I have no receipt, do not go to this jewelry places 🙄

Family owned great customer service with repairs and jewelry modification at reasonable prices. Wide range of inventory from scarves , bags, faux jewelry up to high end gold, gems and time pieces. The only jeweler for me in Aberdeen.

Sid Stevens is by far the best jeweler around! My fiancé (boyfriend at the time) and I showed up to look at their rings. They were absolutely stunning! We asked about custom rings and Sid himself talked with us and told us all about Antwerp, Belgium and how they go every single year to hand pick diamonds for their customers orders. We found a ring style we liked, figured out exactly what we wanted, then talked it over with Sid. We paid for the diamonds and he came back from Antwerp two weeks later. What a WONDERFUL choice! The diamonds were the best cuts and clarity I had ever seen, and they were all mine! We also received certificates of authenticity for each diamond. Within a short time, he hand built my ring. My boyfriend proposed and I was BLOWN AWAY! It was absolutely stunning. It sparkles even in the dark. I have already had more than THIRTY people, strangers even, comment on how sparkly my ring is. With most Jewelers (corporate ones such as: Fred Meyers, Harry Ritchie's) they will often show you a gorgeous ring and order it. When it's ordered, it's not the same ring quality AT ALL. You don't know exactly where the diamonds came from, or how well it was assembled. I have witnessed this several times with my girlfriends and it was terrible! The diamonds were muddy, asymmetrical, and always falling out. Very few jewelers hand pick, hand craft, hand care, and personally see to every detail that you need and want. With Sids, I knew exactly where the diamonds came from, and I have personally witnessed the care and concentration that goes into the relationship of every person who walks through those doors! HUGE bonus: Lifetime warranty, comes with the ring. Absolutely an incredible thing! If any diamonds fall out, they are replaced at no cost, as long as they've seen you about once a month to clean the ring and have it inspected for loose stones. I really appreciated this experience. I am so glad we didn't go anywhere else. I love knowing that for the rest of my life, I can walk In, have my ring cleaned in five or less minutes, and knowing I'm being taken care of. The staff is incredibly friendly and you'll often see his beautiful wife helping with anything you need! They run an honest, and rare business of true dedication, care, and quality.
